Fashioned after the grand old world haciendas, this property is 5200 square feet featuring a main residence and a guest residence, both are complete homes on a large plot of land with a saline pool, spa, koi pond and 9 hole putting green. The residences can sleep up to eight in comfort. All bedrooms have ensuite baths and bathrobes. There is additional sleeping capacity for up to two more for a total of ten with two half baths. Smart TV’s are in nearly every room. There is a billiard/games room, gathering room, two bars, Living & dining room. Office. Every bedroom is a suite. Electric vehicle outlet in the garage. Parking for up to 10 cars. 2 car attached garage. Motorized entry gates. Multiple fireplaces. Indoor/outdoor kitchens (with patio heaters) for your chef. Coffee bar. Small dogs up to 30 # considered with fees. Children welcome of course. This will be the vacation of a lifetime. Minimum 29 day rental.

Best Private Resort

Our stay at the Ultimate Luxury on Millionaire's Row in Rancho Mirage was an honor and pleasure for us to be able to spend 30 days in what we call "our private resort". I am especially thankful for the quality of the mattress . The abundance of quality pillows was also greatly appreciated. Each of our guests have commented on the high quality of their mattress, the furniture, the abundance of outdoor furniture and the ease of so much space and options of places to sit and relax. Even in 100 degree temperatures, it was comfortable to sit around the circular outdoor table with fans working overhead. The kitchen is so well appointed with quality utensils and everything a cook can desire. We so appreciate the care and concern you offer at this wonderful estate. The welcome bowl filled with goodies helped make us feel welcome immediately. We have been vacationing in the Palm Springs area each winter for 7 years. Our experience on Millionaire's Row far exceeds our other locations.

Best house in Palm Springs by far.

Better than expected, the owners are simply the best we had a mix up when reserving and they went above and beyond , everting was perfect clean huge home and everything you would need even toiletries, the pool was awesome the beds were all very comfortable, hot tub was great very clean, location was perfect. It was so nice that we already started checking into getting it again next year but it says its only available for 30 days or more I hope this is not the case , would very much like to bring my parents next time, they didnt come due to thier age and the Covid-19. We have stayed in Palm Springs 6 years in a row 4 couples on a golf trip while the wives enjoy the pool and this is the best so far and I cant imagine how it could get any better. Thanks for letting us enjoy your lovely home this week.

The listing should brag more!

We scheduled our getaway very spontaneously; we just wanted to get out of town with our four adult kids and infant grandson. This property looked good online, and it seemed to meet our needs. Luckily, it was available. WOW! Maybe we didn't read the listing closely enough. The property is a compound, and beautiful. The main house is spacious. The master suite is huge. The guest rooms have en suite bathrooms. The casita has a full kitchen and living space. Since this was a unplanned getaway, everybody was still working virtual to some degree. The wifi is strong, and the casita or game room provides quiet for phone/video calls. Due to COVID, all of our meals were on property. The chefs kitchen was perfect for preparing meals and had everything we needed. We have stayed in many very nice VRBOs over the years. This one is the best. The owners and management have carefully provided everything needed for a fantastic stay. The quality of the cookware, linens, toiletries, and furnishings truly reflect high-end accommodations. Thank you!

Hidden Gem

This house is magnificent! The photos don’t do it justice!! Equipped with every possible amenity and everything was tasteful and of a very high standard!! We loved the pool and hot tub and enjoyed spending family time together in a beautiful well taken -care of home! We will definitely stay here again!!

Cool weather did not dampen a great vacation!

Our great vacation began well before we landed in Palm Springs. We had every question answered in a timely, and helpful manner. Check-in was effortless and allowed us to begin enjoying the house right away. The house was fabulous; plenty of space for eight adults. The grounds, the pool and porch were in constant use. We enjoyed working in the kitchen, and our chef appreciated the well appointed amenities. A plus for us, was the security system, including the privacy gate. On last thing, the neighborhood was quiet, and the perfect distance to walk for the best morning pastries. We all recommend the home, and would love to return. Thank you for taking such good care of us.
