This spacious house has been completely remodeled & outfitted to maximize the enjoyment of your stay. Featuring a large backyard, salt water pool, hot tub, game room, & Roku TVs in every room, this house is designed with fun & relaxation in mind. Located in Bermuda Dunes, we are located right in between Indio, La Quinta & Palm Desert, making us close to countless shops, restaurants and tourist destinations. We are 7 miles from Coachella/Stagecoach & 16 miles from the PSP airport. RVC-1459.

Please note we require our guests to be at least 25 years of age at the time of rental. We will require a copy of your ID at the time of booking in order to verify your age. We also require an additional written contract which will be sent to you before your arrival. We will not be able to give access to the house until ID is provided and the contract is signed. We thank you in advance for your cooperation and understanding.

We are a married couple living in Washington state. Ryan is a realtor and Dana is an accountant (originally from Canada!). While we love being close to both our families where we live in Washington, we love the sunshine the Coachella Valley has to offer and that is why we have a house there!

Why they chose this property

We absolutely love the Coachella Valley and it is our favorite place to travel to. We think Bermuda Dunes is the best place in the valley to be as it is safe, warm and close to everything!

What makes this property unique

We love the large yard and large salt water pool. We also love the views of the palm trees against the mountains from the yard. We love how large the house is with 4 bedrooms, with the primary bedroom having glass sliding doors to the yard & pool. We love how the house is single level, making it accessible to everyone. We also love the neighborhood it's in as it's a safe and quiet area, yet only a few minutes' drive to almost any store or restaurant you could think of.
