Great House

Great home with lots of rooms and bathrooms, well laid out. The hot tub was fun it use each night after biking and golfing. It is in an older quiet neighborhood in the “the cove”, one block from hiking and biking trails.

Wonderful getaway.

Everything was as or above expectations. Enjoyed everything about our stay, the house was clean, beds comfortable and the kitchen was pretty well stocked - could use wine glasses! I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Close to nice hiking trails.

Possible improvements

Outside the front door might want to water down sweep the bird stuff before guests arrive I did water that area down also in kitchen the corner cabinet might need repair I have photos of both areas if you need Overall great property and location

Thanksgiving Family Getaway

Overall good stay. Mattresses are good, but frames are very squeaky in all rooms. Baseboards were dirty, but overall clean house, beautiful pool and Jacuzzi.

Family getaway

While the space of the house was perfect for the size of our family of 9. The pool was the whole reason for our stay and we were disappointed. It was VERY small you can’t actually swim it more like stand in and cool down . The first day the pool was very dirty and smelled horrible. Thankfully the next days it cleared up and the smell went away. The pool lounge chairs were beyond dirty. The couch in the living room was also dirty and very worn out. My mom’s pillow in the master room had blood stain. Luckily there was a washer and dryer and we were able to wash it.

Lovely getaway

My 4 friends and I enjoyed our stay very much. The house is spacious and comfortable. The water in the pool was too hot to enjoy in July, but the house provided a perfect getaway otherwise. We would stay there again. It's just a short drive to Old Town La Quinta as well as other shops, restaurants, and theaters along Highway 111.

We had a great time

We enjoyed our stay in La Quinta. The house was amazing and had everything we needed. The neighborhood is quiet and the location is really pretty with the hills as a backdrop.

Top notch luxurious home

We live this property. We’ve also stayed at another owned and hosted by the same individual whom is always helpful and our trips are fulfilled and in style. Very spacious and completely new remodel. I love the decor and set up of the whole house. Plus the pool and jacuzzi are the cherry on top!

New Year's Getaway

Our family stayed for two nights. The house was perfect for our needs! Very spacious and comfortable. The neighborhood was nice and within a short walk of some nice hiking trails. I took one star off of cleanliness because the bath towels desparately need to be replaced. They were graying and worn out. Also, there were very few hand towels. This is such an easy fix and the rest of the property was so nice, I was kind of baffled. But overall a great stay!

Beautiful property. Easy access and entry. Not cleaned. Couldn't get in touch with 2 managers. Called owner he had manager call. Told I wasn't booked and hadn't paid. Gave him my confirmation code. Apologized for the mess up. Then he said he would find us another property that was ready. We wanted this property so we just waited for the house cleaners to arrive. Would have been exceptional property if cleaned and ready
