Located in a 28 hectare citrus park, the secure domain of the Dyar Shemsi orange grove is located between the sea and the mountains, 30 minutes from Agadir, Taroudant and Agadir airport.
You will enjoy a very beautiful modern Villa of 120m2 on a plot of 550m2 perfectly equipped and tastefully decorated, comprising two bedrooms with queen size bed, two bathrooms. The two bedrooms give access to a nice patio.
Outside you will enjoy a large enclosed garden, perfectly maintained and not overlooked, a large private swimming pool of 4 * 8m with its beach and deckchairs. A large covered terrace with garden furniture, table and chairs completes this beautiful exterior out of sight (the barbecue visible in the photo is not available).
You will also enjoy full equipment, kitchen with microwave, oven, dishwasher. The villa has wifi, a washing machine and everything you need for a perfect vacation. In the area of Dyar Shemsi, you can enjoy a restaurant, private parking, tennis courts, golf, common swimming pool of 300m2, library, etc.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à l'orangeraie. La résidence est très calme, la Vilas est opérationnelle et complètement contractuelle avec les photos et le descriptif. La piscine est grande et le jardin est très agréable. Lahcen a été un hôte super, très attentif à nos besoins et toujours très réactif. Il a été de très bons conseils tout au long de notre séjour un vrai guide touristique ! Encore un grand merci et à bientôt inch'Allah !

Très bon séjour dans cette paisible villa où l'on se sent comme chez soit, l'immobilier est récent et très design. Le jardin ainsi que la piscine était très propre, les photos représentent vraiment ĺa réalité Le propriétaire était au petit soin avec nous et très serviable. Il prend de vos nouvelles avant l'arrivée, pendant votre séjour et après vraiment chapeau. Nous recommandons cette villa et nous n'hésiterons pas à revenir Merci pour cet agréable sejour et à bientôt

Arrivée à la villa très agréable. L’intérieur de la villa était très propre à l’arrivée et le cadre magique. Pas de vis à vis et les voisins sont agréables ( pas de bruit, si ce n’est le chant des oiseaux). Lahcen nous a accompagné tout au long de la réservation et s’est tenu à disposition pour toute question ou conseil. Il est très disponible, gentil et serviable. De plus, la cuisinière qu’il nous a conseillé , Hinde, nous a régalé. Je vous conseille de prendre des plats locaux car ils sont délicieux. Je conseille vivement pour se reposer ou passer des vacances en couple, en famille ou même entre amis !! Merci Lahcen !
