Reminiscent of a vintage lodge, the design is a fusion of wood shingles, siding and timber beams with natural stone accents. Surrounded by peaks of the Rockies, this beautiful 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath condo sits right in the heart of Estes Park. The modern rustic charm sets the perfect mood for a getaway of relaxing and unwinding. A One car garage is an added benefit to vacationing in this mountain modern home. There is additional parking for 2 cars with this reservation.

When you enter Bobcag Ridge you will walk into a large open-concept great room with new wood floors and updated kitchen. A rustic stone ages fireplace can be enjoyed from every corner of the spacious room. Theres plenty of seating to cozy up to the fire or watch movies on the large flat screen TV. The rustic modern dining table comfortably seats 8. The kitchen features beautiful pine wood cabinetry with granite countertops for contemporary yet rustic vibe. Stainless Steel appliances add to the sleek finish of this beautiful modern mountain kitchen. Step onto the private patio from the great room and enjoy the patio area with large beautiful trees. A propane gas grill is perfect for endless summer barbecues. Where else can you enjoy a cup of morning coffee while watching wildlife pass through the area?

The master bedroom is located on the main level and features a King bed of large dresser and an elegant master bath complete with double contemporary sinks and walk-in shower. On the second level there are two bedrooms. One bedroom features a King bed and a large dresser for truly settling in for your stay. The other bedroom features a Queen bed and Twin bunk beds. A spacious Jack 'n Jill bath joins these two bedrooms. The owner provides guests with a Pack-n-Play and booster seat.

This location is in the center of it all, less then a mile from the Estes Park 18 hole golf course, 2.3 miles to the heart of downtown Estes Park, and 5 miles to the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park!

Estes Park Gem

This home is everything you could ask for in a vacation rental. The decor is beautifully done and the house is very clean and up to date. The kitchen was well stocked, the bathrooms had plentiful towels & supplies, and the W/D is new and smelled fresh. The location is perfect because it is close to town and to RMNP. Not a walkable property but that was not what we needed as we had a rental car. Very close to stores, groceries and recreation. The home is roomy and very well equipped. We were very very pleased with it.

A great place to stay!

Overall we really enjoyed our stay at this property. The place was large, very clean and had all of the amenities and more fir our family! The owner was also quick to respond to questions! Would certainly stay at this property again.

Comfortable and Cozy

The location of this beautiful townhouse was perfect! It was an easy 5 minute drive to downtown Estes Park. The decor and furniture are comfortable and cozy. The owners thought of everything to make it a pleasant stay! It is well stocked with with all the basic kitchen items and utensils. I would diffently recommend this house to friends, family and anyone reading this review.
