Beautiful home, great location right on the river with gorgeous views from the living areas and deck. Loved the walk along the river path to Coffee on the Rocks. We couldn’t have picked a better place for celebrating my husband’s 85th with family
This cabin was flawless. Everything was top of the line. So clean and comfortable. The hosts answered questions immediately. The location was in town but felt like we were in the woods. We will be back. I recommend this cabin with no hesitation!
The house is clean, spacious with a decor and atmosphere in keeping with the wild & beautiful location. The house had everything we needed to prepare and cook our holiday meals. All kitchen appliances functioned well. Beds were comfortable. The view is beautiful. A quick drive into RMNP for easy sight-seeing day trips. But the town is accessible by walking so no need to hunt for parking. A really great place for a mountain family holiday!
We have stayed in Estes Park many times and stayed in over a dozen different rental properties. In all honesty, this property is, hands down, the best place we've stayed with regard to the property, location, and the management. The place was immaculately kept and furnished. We enjoy cooking our meals, and I can't tell you how many times we've found our rentals missing basic cooking items (sharp knives, corkscrew, salt & pepper, grilling tools, etc.). The kitchen at this home had all the utensils we needed to prepare our semi-gourmet meals! The property is near a walking path along the river and is less than a mile from two of Estes Park's better restaurants. The manager, Sue, was incredibly hospitable and helpful. The check-in process was a breeze. This home will be our first choice for a rental during our next trip to Estes.-Mark (Cheyenne, Wyoming)
This house is gorgeous, so inviting, and the setting could not be better. We spent every night sitting on the deck on the very comfortable furniture, listening to the river, sipping libations, and watching for shooting stars. In the morning, we saw several elk, deer, and some wild turkeys strolling by. The house itself feels like home as soon as you walk in. Very well stocked. High-end pots, pans, etc. Beds were super comfortable. High-quality linens. Plenty of room to spread out. Easy walk to Coffee on the Rocks and very close to lots of good restaurants. As others have said, Sue was awesome. You will not regret staying here.
Without a doubt one of the best rentals we’ve ever had!! Sue was very helpful and available during our stay! Mark came over and replaced a battery in the garage remote that had stopped working! They even helped point us to some wildlife viewing spots!! Could not have had a better stay!! Thank you for the use of this beautiful home!!
"If you're still searching for the perfect place, stop now and book this home before it’s gone! The house is absolutely pristine, and you couldn’t ask for a better location. You’re just minutes away from all the major attractions, and the town’s incredible food and charming shops are only a quick 20-minute walk or 5-minute drive. The Thompson River flows right behind the house, so if you have a fishing license, you can wade right in for some fly fishing.
We were particularly impressed by the cleanliness—the house was spotless, and we felt completely at ease letting our toddler crawl around. The beds were super comfortable, and the wooden crib for our baby was perfect and easy to pack away. We spent just as much time outside the house as inside, enjoying the beautiful view from the deck and meeting the warm and welcoming neighbors.
When we return to Estes Park, we’ll definitely plan our trip around the availability of this property. Can’t wait to visit again!"
The location of this property is perfect! You are less than 2 minutes from the Beaver Meadows entrance to RMNP and less than 2 minutes to downtown Estes Park. The river in the back is awesome, and my son got his fishing license and really enjoyed it! We had a herd of elk in the front and back yard for two days in a row. The home is very comfortable. There was a strange smell in the master bathroom. Other than that, it was pretty perfect. We would definitely return!
AMAZING!! Great location, beautiful views, extremely clean
This is my 2nd time renting a property in this neighborhood and managed by Sue. Both times have been the best experience in all of my VRBO rentals. Sue is wonderful and responsive to any queries. The cleaning crew is fantastic... everything was spotless! The kitchen is well stocked and beds / furniture are comfortable.
As for the location - you can't beat it! A plethora of wildlife came through along the river. We had 2 herds of elk and a family of 5 deer visit us throughout the week. There is a lovely, private walking path along the river that leads to a coffee shop 0.5 miles away. Enjoying the views on the deck and sounds of the river were beyond relaxing. You're less than 5 minutes from the RMNP Beaver Meadows entrance and already west of the downtown EP traffic. I can't recommend this property enough!
Beautiful home and wonderful location. We had Elk visit us almost every evening in our neighborhood! Sue our property manager was the best I have had the pleasure dealing with in my travels.
Great property, exactly as described. Comfortable and exceptionally clean home which head everything needed to relax and have fun. Location is beautiful and convenient to town.
This beautiful home was a prime location! We loved the beautiful master suite and the deck looking out over the river. The kitchen was well stocked with all kinds of appliances and dishes. Beds and living room furniture were super comfy. We walked about half a mile along the river to Coffee on the Rocks for breakfast. Overall it was a wonderful stay.
We stayed here for 2 weeks for a family vacation with my adult children. It was wonderful! Excellent location to both Estes and RMNP Beaver Meadow entrance. Great communication with Sue before and during our stay. Kitchen well-stocked and easy to use. Place very clean and true to what was shown on VRBO. Beautiful patio creekside. Would highly recommend.
This home was absolutely perfect ! Clean, organized , clear directions ! The roaring river behind was comforting and so beautiful! Loads of wildlife and very close to Rocky Mountain National Park . We hiked for many miles and waterfalls were abundant ! Our rating is 11 out of 10❤️
This cabin is beautiful and in an excellent location! The property was extremely clean. Communication with the property manager was excellent! Location is beyond superb!!! Sat on the deck and watched elk eating right below us by the river. Absolutely gorgeous and will definitely stay here again!!!
We love this neighborhood and the hosts are very helpful.
