The house itself is beautiful — spotless, with comfortable beds and a great layout. The location feels nicely remote while still being close to town, which we really enjoyed. That said, there were a few issues that made the stay less enjoyable. The lights on both the upper and lower levels kept going out, and we had to reset the breakers several times. The gas fire pit was broken and couldn’t be used. We were also told that the property wasn’t accessible after 9PM and that we couldn’t be outside on the patio past that time, which was not mentioned in the listing. When we were inside the house having dinner with a chef, the property management came to the door and knocked loudly to tell us to quiet down — which felt unnecessary and could have been handled more respectfully.Additionally, once checked in, the house rules changed from “no smoking” to “no smoking anywhere on or near the property,” including outside and in your car. This should have been clearly stated before booking.Overall, it’s a beautiful home in a wonderful location, but I wouldn’t recommend it if you plan to stay up past 9PM or want the flexibility to enjoy the outdoor spaces in the evening.
Second time staying as a family. There are 15 people in our group including grandkids. Wonderful house for everyone to spread out.

Great weekend in the mountains
The house is an amazing space - plenty of views from the bedrooms, large open spaces, hot tub, games in the basement. The location itself is great too, only minutes away from the parks and town center if you need to make a grocery run. We all had a great and comfortable stay and would definitely return!
I stayed here with 12 adults all in town for a family wedding. The house was perfect for a group our size and very comfortable. Great location to many activities. Hosts were super responsive and made sure we were well taken care of. Highly recommend!
Owner was attentive. Location has a great view. Had a dishwasher issue, fixed within hours. You are close to town and the mountains for hiking.
Would stay again.
This was our annual family trip, we chose Estes so we could hike in Rocky Mountain National Park. The property is very close to downtown Estes Park but also far enough away to have a beautiful mountain view. There were 11 of us and there was plenty of space for everyone to hang out. I can't recommend it enough, it is a fabulous house.
This lovely home was very spacious and was supplied well with all you need to keep your family happy. There was an abundance of bath towels and hot tub towels. The kitchen had everything it needed for cooking, baking, and preparing food. The appliances were very high end. We really enjoyed that it had several living areas, both inside and out. A very lovely place to stay!

Amazing
The pictures of this place don’t do it justice. We were blown away by how amazing this house was. Plenty of room for our group. The down stairs hangout room was fun to play pool and shuffleboard. We had a great time.
Our family came from all over to meet up here. We had a 1 year old, 10 and 12 year old. The place was VERY well stocked for infant/toddlers and the bigger kids had a blast with the pool table and shuffle board. We all enjoyed the beauty of the surrounding neighborhood and all of the wild animals that passed through each day. HIGHLY recommend this place for anyone.
We had a dozen people - several small families there to celebrate my wife's birthday. It's a great house for that - roomy, with a great covered deck (for the one evening of sprinkling rain) and the pool table kept the teenage boys occupied. Close to both RMNP and downtown. Thanks!
We absolutely LOVED this house for our family of 7 adults and two toddlers (2 years old). Plenty of space for privacy inside with lots of open space to gather. We loved the shuffleboard and pool table and downstairs bar area. Hot tub was a hit too!! I spoke with Jesse and Jason a couple of times during our stay and they were always available and helpful. Thank you for a wonderful place to make lasting family memories!!
Our family of Twelve ranging from 7 & up to 70 had a wonderful time. When we were at the house the kids were happy with all the games as well as the adults. Rooms were great & comfortable for all. We loved sitting on the deck every morning & evening and you could see 6-7 turkeys in the yard. Also saw a deer close by. RMNP just a few miles away and Estes Park also a couple miles. We would love to return someday & I would recommend to anyone!

Gorgeous
Plentiful windows to open for a nice breeze in the evenings. Gorgeous views. Kitchen was on point! Media room was huge as well as game room! Pool table & shuffle board. All the rooms were very spacious! And the little chipmunks were adorable! Alvin, Simon & Theodore! We will definitely rebook!

Beautifully kept and well furnished
Had a family gathering over Christmas with adults and infants. House was perfect! Lots of room and plenty of space to have some quiet time if needed. Loved the location and was able to get to both downtown Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park very easily. Lots of memories and everyone loved the place. Only complaint would be that I would have loved to have stainless steel cooking utensils instead of the plastic ones - hard to stir stroganoff for 13 with the flimsy ones.
The house was perfect for our families. We enjoyed the hot tub and the kids loved climbing in the rocks out back. Saw a buck elk and a few deers as well. The best were very comfortable and plenty of towels and sheets. The best part was the fire table out back. Perfect for gathering. Had to refill the propane tanks 1x. Will be back! Only small issue is we were discouraged to fish in the stream close by since private property.
Wow! What a home. The photos of this home, while impressive, do not portray how nice and spacious this property is. We were blown away with the spaciousness, cleanliness and well thought out details of this home. We were in Estes for our son’s wedding and various out of town guests who stayed at other properties in town visited us at different times. Every person who visited our home remarked how this property was in a league of its own. From the cozy fireplaces, large kitchen, fun and comfortable basement to the regular morning visits from elk and turkey, this home provided every convenience for our family and was perfect. We loved our stay at this property and have already been talking about dates for our next visit. Thank you for making our stay perfect and for the tremendous hospitality.
Our family group of 8 adults & 3 kids could not have asked for better accommodations. The layout was perfect, the beds super comfortable, an unbelievably well-equipped kitchen and a wonderful deck looking out on mountains & deer! So close to RMNP and downtown Estes Park. I’m missing my master bedroom dressing room! Perfect.
