This was the perfect rental for our family of 12. Tons of space for everyone! Great location in Estes Park…walkable to lots of activities! We really enjoyed our stay!!!
We had a wonderful time at this property in Estes! It was the perfect location and amount of space for our group. We had a little trouble finding basic amenities like towels and soap throughout all the bathrooms, but everything worked out great and we would come back again 😊
This property was stunning, had great views of RMNP!! The kitchen, dining room and living room area was great for our large group hanging out. The bedrooms and bathrooms were pretty big too. Lots of animals in the fields in the morning which was fun to watch. My only recommendation is to have full length mirrors in the bedrooms as we were there for a wedding and needed to all get ready
Very nice! Clean comfortable and beautiful outdoors. We were here for a wedding and it was a nice gathering place for the family.
No complaints except maybe more hangars
Place was awesome! Worked perfect for our family. Only complaint is that the previous guests didn’t remove their trash so we couldn’t use the trash can in the garage.
Thank you for sharing this beautiful home. Location, spaciousness of the home, well stocked kitchen, very organized home for a large group, the deck was great, Mountain View was special , beds very comfortable, We’d go back in a heart beat. Thank you again.
I rented this home in Estes Park for a large family group. It easily accommodated all of our needs and the location was great! The home was clean and smelled fresh when we arrived and was stocked with most everything you would need. It was equipped with chair lifts for the stairs which was helpful for my 95 year old grandmother to join us in the basement for a round of cards. The rental company was easy to contact and very helpful. I would definitely rent this home again.
The house overall was great. We had a group of 10 for a new years stay. The check in process was a bit hectic. I was told that I would receive a text with the code for entry when the house was ready, but never did receive that text. We had to check in at the front office in another building. The main oven in the kitchen did not work which posed some issues when cooking but nothing we couldn't work around. There was a cleaning issue that was addressed by property management after the fact. Overall, it was a nice place to stay, just a few unfortunate hitches along the way.
I would suggest a few things for this home. You cannot read the dishwasher dials so you have no idea on what settings you are running or even what button to hit to start it. It was a guessing game. The dinnerware is all chipped…maybe just buy a set of Corelle type dish ware for future. Coffee pot was very cheap and refrigerator needed the filters changed. Also, the mattress on the lowest level is very worn and soft. Not too comfortable at all.
The 3 story home suited our large family gathering very well. There was room for every one and every thing an more!!
One thing that was not good was the overall cleanliness. There were visible crumbs and such on the floors and the rugs in bathrooms were gross, to be honest. They were filled with various crud from previous visitors.
Overall this was a great place to stay. The owners provided plenty of shampoo, TP and various items so we have no need for runs to the store. The owners easily, kindly let us check out 1 hour later than normal upon my request. We would come back again!
A group of friends and coworkers planned a trip to this property for a festival downtown. Great location, super quiet and very comfortable. Loved the views of the mountains and the convenience of how close downtown was. Easy check in and out process and all the amenities you can think of. Will be staying here again. Thank you.
