Studio of 27 m2 - 50m from the city center - at the foot of the large beach with balcony overlooking the sea, 1st floor with lift, south-south west exposure. The apartment was completely refurbished in early 2019.
Entrance with cupboards, separate WC, bathroom with Italian shower, living room with fitted kitchen: dishwasher, microwave oven / combi, ceramic hob, fridge.
Sleeping 2 people sofa bed, with thick and comfortable mattress. Sheets and towels are provided.

Studio de charme sur front de mer.

Studio excellement situé sur le front de mer avec toutes les commodités alentours. On gare la voiture et tout le reste se passe à pied ou en scooter pour découvrir la presqu'île et les îles accessibles grâce à la gare maritime située à 200m. L'accueil chaleureux des propriétaires et leur gentillesse constitue le point d'orgue d'un séjour des plus agréables.

un tres beau studio

une vue sur la mer,des commerces et restaurants a proximite le seul bemol ce sont les jeunes qui font du bruit sur la plage jusqu au petit jour

Studio très bien placé et bien équipé. Superbe vue mer et tout est à proximité très pratique ! Beau marché. Quartier bien animé le soir. Parfaite communication avec la propriétaire qui est très arrangeante. Merci encore
