Accueil très agréable. Excellente accessibilité avec un parking en sous sol. Logement très propre, très bien agencé tout ce qu'il faut. Grande terrasse avec une vue de ouf sur toute la baie (180). Quel plaisir de prendre son petit déjeuner face à l’océan!Situation géographique idéale le centre ville est à 150 mètres. J'y reviendrai. A recommander.

Très mauvais rapport qualité prix, très ancien

L’appartement est bien situé, en face de la grande plage et à l’écart du bruit (restos, foule) mais le prix est excessif par rapport au métrage (petit) et à la décoration qui date. Le ménage ne semblait pas avoir été fait et tous les équipements micro ondes, machine à laver sont très anciens . Pas de cafetière électrique . Nous avons des amis qui ont loué aussi bien voir mieux pour un loyer de la moitié de celui ci .

Face à la mer

Sympathique studio fonctionnel avec une vue imprenable sur Belle île en mer depuis le balcon exposé plein sud. Emplacement proche de toutes commodités, tout pouvant se faire à pied. Le vaste garage en sous-sol est un atout supplémentaire sans oublier la propriétaire Andrée accueillante et à l'écoute de ses locataires. Nous recommandons ce logement avec ascenseur.

Perfecte locatie

Perfecte locatie aan de boulevard, mooi appartement. Opklapbed was wat minder en we hebben eerst wat schoongemaakt. Jammer dat advertentie niet helemaal klopte, geen bedlinnen aanwezig en zowel voor auto fiets apart betalen terwijl deze in dezelfde garage moesten. Garages zijn aan de achterkant van het complex en lastig te vinden. Verhuurder spreekt alleen Frans

L’appartement est conforme aux photos et convient parfaitement pour 2. La grande plage juste en face de la résidence nous a permis de profiter de l’océan tout au long du séjour et de nous baigner quand la plage était moins bondée. La résidence est calme et propre. Nous n’avons pas loué de parking mais avons pu nous garer gratuitement juste à côté (disque bleu). Nous avons été très bien accueillis et espérons y revenir bientôt !

Il n’y a qu’une rue à traverser et l’on est sur la plage, la vue est dégagée. L’appartement est clair, lumineux, propre, bien insonorisé et sécurisé. Malgré un temps relativement maussade nous avons passé une excellente semaine. Tous les déplacements peuvent se faire à pieds.

Un appartement très agréable, et merveilleusement situé.

D'excellents moments passés dans cet appartement confortable situé au calme avec une vue magnifique sur la plage et le port. La terrasse mi-ombre mi-soleil est idéale, et l'intérieur est très bien équipé. Nous avons par ailleurs été vraiment bien accueillis par la propriétaire du studio, qui fait preuve de beaucoup d'amabilité et de disponibilité.

Studio très agréable, Lumineux, propre,... superbe vue sur la mer, face à la grande plage. Quel plaisir de s'endormir bercé par les vagues ! A deux pas du centre. Très beau studio face à la grande plage. Proche du centre, du marché ..Très bien conçu. Belles prestations, douche à l'italienne. Vous déjeunez sur la terrasse et vous y restez jusqu'au dernier rayon de soleil, c'est à dire jusqu'au coucher.

Studio mignon, calme et magnifique vue!

Studio très agréable et magnifique vue face à la mer pour 2 ou 3 personnes. 2ème étage. Terrasse pour profiter des petits-déjeuners et repas! C'est la deuxième fois que nous venons toutes les deux ma fille et moi. Parfait pour dormir au bruit des vagues! A 5 minutes de la ville à pieds et 2 minutes de la plage! Que du bonheur!! Séjour charmant, simple et facile! Les propriétaires sont accueillant, chaleureux et efficace. On s'y sent bien! A refaire!!! Noémie et Magali
