Apartment "HOUAT" on the ground floor with terrace facing south quietly located in a small residence 100 meters from Thalassotherapy, beaches and coastal paths. Very bright, perfect for 4 people, the accommodation consists of a bedroom with twin beds, a living room with a sofa bed, television, wi-fi, open kitchen, bathroom and toilet. Large enclosed common green area and parking.
Very well located at the tip of the peninsula, behind the Thalasso, many beaches are within walking distance to the winds south or bay side and beautiful walks. Also, nearby, an equestrian center, golf, fitness trail and tree climbing.
The center of Quiberon and its Grande Plage is 20 minutes walk by the coast, 5 minutes by car, the nearest supermarket 5 minutes by car. Access to the train station Quiberon: 20 min walk and 5 min by car. The municipal pool with Jacuzzi and steam room 10 min walk. Casino / slot machine: 10 min walk
The peninsula is ideal for hikers (GR34) and cyclists (many bike paths and circuits). Beach shuttle in summer and link from Auray station (train in July - August and bus the rest of the year).

Petit appartement équipé avec très beau coin cuisine, excellente literie, belle salle d'eau. Pas d'accueil physique mais très bien situé. Si vous avez des vélos, c'est encore mieux. La terrasse donne sur un jardin sans vis à vis. Petite porte derobee juste en face de la Thalasso. D'ailleurs, jusqu'en automne, ils font des opération dimanche brunch et soin.Les plages sont toutes proches.Tout pour des vacances de rêve.
