Modern Gite for visiting the area

Initially we had a problem as at the last moment we were asked for a large CASH deposit, not mentioned on booking etc. Card not acceptable, VRBO were useless in sorting this out. The write-up also mentions the owners speak English, don't rely on this (we learnt this when trying to sort out the issue above. The Gite was very clean and modern and great for walking into town, seaside etc. The owners also stayed next door (attached) for several days, which again was not mentioned. The garden is good for children to play although the BBQ has seen better days and we decided not to use it in case it broke, disappointing as we love to cook outside on holiday. The Gite is located down a short gate and has a security gate which is great if you did have any worries. The property is set back from the road and very quiet.

Belle maison tout confort. Dans un quartier tres calme, à quelques minutes à pied des commerces et front de mer. Les proprietaires possedent un petit logement accolé à la maison. Souci de pompe vite reglé par les propriétaire.

Logement parfaitement conforme aux photos et au descriptif. Agréable, propre, parfaitement équipé . Tout est fonctionnel, le wifi marche bien. Au calme. Superbement bien situé : quelques minutes à pied du centre , de la plage, de la côte sauvage.. Marie et André nous ont offert un merveilleux accueil, disponible, prenant le temps de nous indiquer les sites à visiter et autres. Très bonne communication. Je recommande sans hésitation..

Je recommanderai le logement à des amis ou à la famille, maison confortable un peu excentrée mais pas trop loin des commerces et de la plage et de la côte sauvage. Un bon moment de détente en famille.

Eine schöne Woche in Quiberon

Zunächst hatten wir zähe Verhandlungen mit der Vermieterin über die Höhe der Kaution. Sie wollte 1000 € Kaution in bar haben, die wir aber nicht hatten. Soviel Bargeld nehmen wir nicht mit. Schließlich gab sie sich mit weniger Geld zufrieden. Wir bekamen es aber anstandslos zurück, weil alles in Ordnung war. Das Haus hat uns gut gefallen. Es ist mit 2 Bädern und modernen Geräten in der Küche ausgestattet, hat eine Sonnen- und eine Schattenterrasse und einen Gasgrill. Insgesamt konnten wir einen schönen Aufenthalt in Quiberon erleben.

Fehlende Information bzgl. einer Kaution,sonst schöner Urlaub

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Schwierig und belastend waren im Vorfeld der Reise die Auseinandersetzungen bzgl. der Kaution. Im Inserat fehlte der Hinweis auf diese Kaution. Das ServiceTeam von FeWo-direkt hätte diese Reise deswegen storniert. Dies war aber nicht in unserem Interesse. Wir wollten nur Rechtssicherheit und wollten vermeiden, die relativ hohe Summe in bar mitnehmen zu müssen. Wir haben uns später direkt mit dem Vermieter in Verbindung gesetzt und konnten so eine einvernehmliche Lösung finden. Auch während des Aufenthalts war das Verhältnis zur Vermieterin entspannt,insbesondere hat sie uns viele gute Tipps gegeben.

Superbe maison, neuve et moderne, bien équipée. Propriétaires très arrangeants.... Emplacement au calme mais centre ville et port accessibles en 15 mn à pieds, côte sauvage en même pas 10 mn. Nous étions 6 adultes et nous ne nous sommes pas marché sur les pieds... extérieur apprécié par le temps magnifique que nous avons eu !
