Our haven of peace offers a privileged central location: just a 5-minute drive from the market of La Teste, 10 minutes from Arcachon with its famous promenade, calm beaches, and boutiques, as well as the coastal path, and 15 minutes from the majestic Dune du Pilat, with a short additional journey to access the ocean beaches.

The villa stands out with its 4 beautiful bedrooms (plus a dormitory that can accommodate 4 people, ideal for children or teenagers, which can also serve as a cinema room), its heated saltwater pool with rolling shutter, its equipped petanque court, its summer kitchen, and air conditioning.

Spread over two levels, on the ground floor, you will find an entrance, a spacious living/dining room/open kitchen opening onto the terrace, garden, and pool. A master suite with a king-size bed (180 cm) and a large private bathroom, as well as a laundry room with washer, dryer, and guest WC are also available.

A second bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm) and private shower room is located in the garden, near the fully equipped summer kitchen (with refrigerator, sink, and bar).

Upstairs, two bedrooms with private shower rooms are offered, one with a double bed (140 cm) and the other with either two single beds (90 cm each) or a double bed (180 cm), according to your preferences to be specified when booking. The dormitory/cinema room has a sofa bed (140 cm) and a trundle bed (2x90 cm), providing an additional 4 sleeping places.

All upstairs bedrooms as well as the dormitory have access to a balcony-terrace offering stunning views of the pool and garden. The 4 bathrooms are equipped with large showers and toilets.

The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances (induction hob, two ovens including one microwave-combi, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer) and high-speed Wi-Fi available throughout the house and garden. Parking for two cars is available on the property.

Bed linen, towels, and concierge service are included in the rental rate.

DEPOSIT

A security deposit of €3500 will be required as part of the rental. Managed by the online and secure service Swikly, it is mandatory and must be made before arrival at the accommodation. The amount is neither blocked nor withdrawn and does not affect the usage limits of your credit card. Within 7 days following your departure, and subject to compliance with the general terms and conditions of sale, as well as the return of the property in perfect condition, this transaction is automatically canceled.
