Air-conditioned modern house of 70 m2 in very quiet area 5 minutes from the port and the beach by car. Also accessible by bike or shuttle from the city center. This includes a bright bedroom with a king-size bed plenty of storage space, a bright 10 square meter bathroom with a walk-in Italian shower, a living area with an American kitchen and a living room with a double sleeping approximately 30MM. All with a garden designed to eat or relax. Parking, square and petanque in front of the house. The house has wifi, a complete equipment for cooking and a barbecue. Sheets will be provided. Possible reduction for 2 or 3 weeks of reservation. Housekeeping included.
