A classic home (1965) with modern amenities. We have WiFi and Roku TV. The house has been recently remodeled. Central heat and air conditioning. It is a 3/2 and sleeps 6.Located 5 Minutes away from Randolph Air Force Base.
10 Minutes from Interstate 35 and Loop 1604 in San Antonio, Tx. A nice spacious living room with easy access to the back yard and patio. A short walk to Main Street in Cibolo where there are several nice restaurants, which we dine at regularly. New Braunfels, Gruene and Schlitterbahn are just about 20 minutes away with all the entertainment available.

Please do not park in our grass, we have worked hard to have a nice yard. There is plenty of room in the driveway and carport.
We have provided individually wrapped wipes, and also designated washcloths for makeup removal. Soiling our white towels will require you to replace.

Nice home in convenient location

House is exactly as it is in pictures. It’s a little outdated, but it was a nice place to stay. Richard was very kind and super responsive. The kitchen and coffee bar were well-stocked and the drinkable water from the cooler was very much appreciated. Our boys love the cabinet with the games and small toys which kept them occupied. We would definitely stay here again!

We live 1 hour away. Perfect home as a short staycation for my nieces wedding. Location is great. Walkable to restaurants and bars. Cibolo is a nice town for a short getaway. The home is midcentury clean neat house.Yes, would stay again....

Beach/Cibolo

We have stayed at this house many times. It is extremely convenient to stay here to visit my parents. Bonus is that it is the most perfect place to stay for walking distance to restaurants, or enjoy sitting on the porch and relaxing. Many, many extras!

Staying at your Aunt’s home

Great location. Restaurants and stores nearby. Spotless, charming and homey cottage. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed our stay. The freight train schedule was a mild disappointment but we soon got used to it. We would definitely stay at the Dreamsicle Cottage in the future.

Great Cottage in Cibolo

We had a fantastic stay at the Dreamsicle Cottage. The house was spotless upon arrival. There were some really nice touches that we appreciated. Q-Tips! We always manage to forget them! This house is walking distance from really good food! Try the Kindling Texas Kitchen or the Rooted Fork. Both are in walking distance of the cottage and we found both to be delicious! Comfy beds, clean house, cold a/c, and, a really cute house. We would stay again!

Cute Ain't Enough

Property is less than 500 feet from an active railroad line; a train passes and blows horn every 30 minutes or so, 24/7. We didn't sleep. Also, an outdoor entertainment venue played music until 11 p.m. No stopper in one bathtub, so no bath possible. Blinds but no curtains in bedrooms, so street lights lit bedrooms. Poor quality pillows and bed linens. I can see the owners have tried hard to make it look cute, but I prefer functional. Owner did not reply to three messages.

Wedding trip

Great place with plenty of space. Decorated so cute with great amenities and extras. Everything you need is already at the house. And if not, visit HEB up the street. The train is near by so know that you will hear it going through town at all different times of the day. We embraced it and learned to appreciate the sound when it went through town. Pecans fall from the tree over the driveway which was cool cause we don’t have them in Michigan. The bakery around the corner is wonderful to walk to on Thursday through Sunday. Get the cinnamon roll but really you can’t go wrong with whatever you choose. The Mills shop is a fun shopping trip also. Just wish we could have found a sweatshirt that said Cibolo Texas on it. Chances are we will be back to Dreamsicle Cottage in the future. Thank you Rick!

The house felt like home the moment we walked in.Nice and quiet neighborhood and so close to eveything. It had all the little stuff you usually forget which we dont usually see when we stay elsewhere. All the little things were top notch(especially the sixer in the fridge(Thanks!)). Richard was so accommodating and friendly. Next time i come back, this is where i want to stay!

Sweet Home and Fantastic Hosts!

The house is adorable and super clean. It was spotless! We arrived a little early and met the hosts, who are the sweetest couple ever! We came to the area for a track meet and if we end up over here again, we will definitely be booking this house again. Highly recommend!

Great Place

Very cute and cozy home, was perfect for our small dance troupe that came to perform for the San Antonio Folk Dance Festival. The location was very close by to where we were performing and in a good neighborhood. The hosts were very nice and accommodating. We hope to come back next year!

Holiday home away from home

Traveled from Michigan for annual Texas December stay to visit family. Very accommodating and comfortable and felt right at home. Owners take pride in their property along with providing 'homey' details. Including coffee/tea, snacks, Christmas tree and decorations. Looking forward to our return stay at the Dreamsicle Cottage
