La Manga Club Golf Resort : Penthouse with magnificent views and splendid pools

This 2 bed/2 bath penthouse is located in the community of Monteverde. Quiet location, very close to 2 outdoor and 1 indoor community pools (the latter with jacuzzi) with sunbeds and shade. All comfort including new furniture, good beds, fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning. Rental price includes cleaning, bed and bath linen, and Monteverde pool towels. Splendid views from the two terraces, lots of sunshine, nice gardens. La Manga Club offers excellent sports facilities like golf (3 courses), tennis, padel, football, and so on. In the club you will find lots of restaurants, and a supermarket. Five minutes drive to Mar Menor (Mar de Cristal), 10 minutes to little harbour Cabo de Palos, 20 minutes to the wonderful Calblanque beach, 20 minutes to Cartagena. Lot of possibilities for walking, swimming and water sports. A variety of nice restaurants to be found in the neighbourhood. The Costa Calida is easily accessible through Murcia (San Javier) or Alicante airports. It combines a very good climate (mild in winters, not too hot in the summers) with a lot of natural reserve.
Possibility to book a second penthouse nearby, ideal for two families to spend their holidays together but still wanting some privacy.

Great apt with amazing views

My wife and I stayed at this penthouse apartment during Easter 2023. The apartment is quite spacious, nicely decorated and very functional with a good size kitchen and living room. The views from the balcony is amazing, and to have your morning coffee on that balcony watching the sun set above the resort below is priceless! A couple of things to be aware of though is that the parking outside the property is limited, but Ok for one car, and the steps down to the apartment are steep-ish, which may be difficult for people with mobility issues. Would stay again!

The apartment is exactly as advertised. Glorious views from the balcony and only a few steps up to the swimming pool. Great location to explore further afield or stay in La Manga Club resort if you prefer.

Estupendo apartamento en el Club de golf de La Manga

Las fotos del anuncio reflejan perfectamente la realidad del mismo. Está ubicado en lo alto del complejo con unas preciosas vistas hacia La Manga, y tiene una piscina a unos 50 metros del mismo. El menaje de cocina es muy completo, cuenta con aire acondicionado, y con unas terrazas estupendas.
