Beautiful Provencal farmhouse on the edge of the golf course of Aix en Provence on a plot of 3000m² with olive trees, fig, almond, pine, plum trees ... etc.
The pool is equipped with sunbeds and deckchairs.

Eguilles, Cabries, Ventabren are only 10 minutes away.
At 50 minutes you will enjoy the beautiful villages of Luberon (Gordes, Lourmarin ...), Alpilles (St Remy de Provence, Les Baux de Provence).
The Gorges du Verdon are also easily accessible for a day kayaking or rafting.
Admire the blue coast and its beaches at 30 minutes or the national park of the creeks at 45 minutes.
Come admire Aix En Provence, beautiful city with 100 fountains and pedestrian city center. You will take advantage of a moment to visit Paul Césanne's workshop, its magnificent point of view on Sainte Victoire. All within 15 minutes.

Paul Caesanne and the pedestral Center town at minus 15 minutes by car.

The house is ideally located at 30mn from the meditarranée sea and his thin sand. You will enjoy a trip to the Calanques of Cassis and a descent by Kayak or rafting on the Verdon.

Our 140m² house is composed of 4 bedrooms, one bathroom, one kitchen, a good place to live and a good place to lunch, a private swimming pool in front of the golf course where you will have the opportunity to practice.

Très agréable

Je recommande très fortement, la maison est très propre, et bien équipée.La piscine est toue neuve et très grande. Supermarchés, boulangerie..., juste à 5min en voiture. Si vous souhaitez profiter d’un cadre idéal, je vous la conseille.
