The blood-red sunsets added to the view are splendid to watch from the living room.
The residence is quiet and you will be awakened by the song of birds. No road below the apartment, only the view and the sea are as far as the eye can see.
The apartment, extremely light and bright, consists of an entrance hall, a luxurious fitted kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, extractor hood and washing machine), a living room with a large picture window and a sofa convertible for 2 people (easy opening - comfort), flat screen TV, a bedroom with a large double bed 180, a bathroom / shower, a separate WC and a free parking space in a closed collective garage.
Our animal friends are not accepted.
The small beach of "Balette" is near the residence (just below). You can descend there on foot via a small footpath. Stairs also allow access.
