Ferienwohnung in schöner Anlage

Eine Ferienwohnung in einer schönen Wohnanlage zwischen zwei Buchten mit sehr nahen Badestränden. Der Balkon bietet direkten Blick auf das Meer. Die Wohnung ist für 5 Personen gut ausreichend. Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine sind vorhanden. Im Sommer vermissten wir eine Klimaanlage.

Schoene Lage, gute Aufteilung der Wohnung

Kennen diese Feriensiedlung seit vielen Jahren. In dieser Wohnung war alles gut. Schade, dass es kein WLAN gibt, wo doch das Departement die Siedlung mit Glasfaser ausgestattet hat - das Telefonnetz ist oft SEHR schlecht, besonders abends ist kein Internet moeglich. Schade auch, dass es nicht 2 Schluessel oder eine Schlusselbox gibt - bei 7 Personen machen nicht unbedingt immer alle das Gleiche, und so ist es schwierig, sich mit dem Schluessel abzustimmen.

Nous sommes arrivés le samedi 7 août, au nombre de cinq adultes. dès notre premier passage au toilette, le bouton poussoir de la chasse d'eau se bloquait, impossible pour nous de l'utiliser. Puis en ouvrant le couvercle, sous les conseils de la personne s'occupant de notre réception, nous avons constaté que la durée de remplissage de la chasse d'eau était d'environ 20mn, le plombier a changer le système que le mercredi 11 août.

C'est la deuxième année que je loue cette appartement, j'ai constaté qu'il s'est un peu dégradé et rien n'a été maintenu (canalisations bouchées, état des lits) et en termes de propreté, ce n'est pas se que l'on attend d'une location à ce prix.
