Parking on the first floor with large sauna and shower. 2nd floor is the main living and entertaining floor with kitchen, couches, fireplace, dining area and extensive windows with large viewing deck and backyard stream with three small waterfalls. Third floor are the three bedrooms with the master having private deck with a view and guest bedrooms facing the backyard.

Total chill place with sauna and backyard stream. Swimming in the Deschutes river is a short 2 minute walk down to the water. Excellent skiing at Mt. Bacheloris is a short 20 minutes from home. A short ten minute walk along the river path leads into historic old town with its great restaurants, bars, and other quaint businesses. the view and accommodations make for an incredible stay for those seeking a rental for 30 days. Perfect for a writer looking to get away a while, for skiing and the winter experience, for summer fun with many lakes and wilderness areas to choose from, or for a couple to cocoon together for an extended stay.

When visiting Adam and his wife and daughter, my family loved the house when we visited the real estate open house. Their reaction to the place was all that was needed and we purchased it in October of 2018 There are so many outdoor activities in the area that there is really something for everybody to enjoy. Come and see for yourself
