Room 2 has a queen bed and is located on the 3rd floor. There is a bathroom attached to that room that includes shower, sink, and toilet.
Room 3 has a twin bed. It is located on the first floor and has a door leading to the back yard. There is a bathroom attached to that room that includes shower, sink, and toilet.
We are available by messenger, phone, text to assist with anything needed during your stay. We love hosting and look forward to making your stay as comfortable as possible.
The property is located a block from the beach and within walking distance of local restaurants and the famous Jacksonville Beach pier. We love this area of Jacksonville Beach due to its proximity to the beach and proximity to restaurants, bars, entertainment, etc.

From our personal experience as Airbnb guests to our professional experience in hospitality, we have strong opinions about how to make a guest feel comfortable in our spaces.
We are a husband and wife team running our hospitality and real estate investment business, and loving every minute of it. We are both West Point (BS) and Notre Dame (MBA) alums with backgrounds in finance and operations.
