The property is beautiful, and the pool was fantastic. We really enjoyed our stay; however, we found the space to be a little too small for us and our Golden Retriever, and the bed was firmer than we prefer. Overall, though, it’s a wonderful VRBO and a great option for anyone looking for a cozy, private space.

The pool is wonderful! This is a great place if you have a big dog. It was perfect for the two of us. Use of a pool is so much better than the hot beach. Didn't want to leave. Would definitely stay again. The food in town was amazing! Chexk in was easy. Bathroom is huge. Book if you want to enjoy a quiet place to cool off.

Totally untrue. I would never message someone that late or harass. If that is true, sure you would have left a picture with the message that I “harassed you after midnite”. Is a shame VRBO lets customers leave these reviews with no proof. They used to let us dispute it and remove the false review if we could prove it. They stopped due to how much customer service time it took. If owners could leave a photo like guests I could prove you wrong right away. All prior reviews lead to show this one is ridiculous and false.

Jacksonville Beach is a great place to stay. It is only a few of blocks away from the ocean beaches. There are unlimited places to eat and shop all within a short distance from this VRBO. We visited several Nature Preserves that are in the area.

We enjoyed the stay. It was convenient to the beach and everything else and a quaint little space with more than beautiful tropical plants everywhere. That was my favorite part. Nice and private space. Perfect for a couple or two with maybe a baby or two. Host was very professional. Will definitely stay here again

The only review I can possibly leave is that this is a stellar location. It comes with the highest rating I can give it, I would give it a higher rating if allowed. The location is excellent and I would not hesitate to stay there again or recommend it to someone else. This was our second stay here and I will stay again, if travel necessitates another trip to this area. I mentioned the last time that the bed was slightly firmer than I like it, so the host made sure there was extra padding for the bed. There is a futon in the room that can be used to accommodate more guests, but since we didn’t need it, it made for excellent seating to spend our down time on. This is a very pet friendly space with a spacious fenced in back yard to take your pet in without having to worry about them getting away. It’s well lit at night also. There is a small fridge with a freezer, a toaster oven, microwave and Keurig with plenty of choices of coffee. Every toiletry you could need is also provided. There is a grocery store within a very short ride as well as plenty of restaurants available very close by. Once again, it’s important to nite that our host was very responsive to our needs and respectful of our privacy! Highly recommend!

My sister and I fell in love with the pool and yard as soon as we saw this listing. This is a great rental for a single traveler or couple looking to spend most of their time outdoors. Adam is a gracious, considerate host always ready to help. This is a guest suite with a comfy full/queen bed. We did not find the futon to be comfortable. There are plenty of pillows and necessities including pool towels and pool. Very clean suite and well -maintained yard with tons of beautiful plants and flowers. Our two dogs loved exploring the yard and napping in the shade under the canopy. One thing we missed was a table and chairs. Perhaps a small bistro table and chairs could be put in place of the coffee table under the ac unit. All in all, we enjoyed our two day midweek quick getaway and would recommend this listing.

We had the best time at this property. It is in a perfect location! Our Goldendoodle received the best care from our host, well we did too of course, but he even dog sat for us when we took long day/night trips. She also loved the nearby dog park. We loved the pool, walking to the beach, and golfing at the nearby golf courses!

Clean mother-in-law type suite. Perfect for a couple, or one or two small children. Host is VERY attentive, quick to respond and kind. Close to Third Street and all of the beaches. Nice quiet backyard to enjoy with a clean pool and slide, hammock, grill, and lots of outdoor seating. We were very comfortable and we will be back.

Great place! Just what we needed. Nice and quiet. Convenient to Mayo Clinic, the reason for our visit to Jax. Wish we could’ve taken advantage of the pool and outdoor space, but the weather didn’t cooperate. Maybe next time!
