A centrally located house located in Jacksonville Beach, just 10 blocks from the beach and a short walk(4 blocks) to everything you need. A large bedroom with a brand new DreamCloud queen size bed(7/2023). The pool and slide can be used privately anytime, even by your friends/family. And while you do, it will be all to yourselves. Plenty of shady places to chill in the back yard or grab a tan in the sun! From Feb ‘22 when we started to Dec ‘23 we received 5 reviews per month and averaging 4.9 ⭐️. In the winter people like to rent for the whole month. Every amenity that you may need including a stocked Kuerig, air fryer/oven, microwave, a fridge and sink. Single sleepers for guests 3 and 4. So lots of privacy, good times and relaxation to be had! Since our property is near the soccer/baseball/football fields an amazing breeze constantly comes thru the pavilion. Most fenced in back yards in FL are the opposite, stagnant heat. For guests staying 3+ nights you can use the golf cart free one day for a few hours(more info below). Please take a look at all the pics/description of the property in and out, to see if this is for you. We feel this place is great for 2 people, 3-4 if you have children. 4 adults are welcome if you are looking to save $. My biggest surprise has been how many people came here for the beach/area, and chose to never leave the pool area for how relaxing and fun they found it! Many people also like that 3 of my neighbors are police(sheriff - directly across the street), so a very safe environment. We also do not charge for extra guests, laundry or other hidden fees other seem to. 1/2 the price of a hotel, much comfier and other amenities that will make you glad you checked our place out. There is only a $35 cleaning fee, since I do it myself and appreciate you staying here. 10% off all rentals 28 days or more. Only $25 to bring your furry friend, just please keep them off the couch/bed/blankets…. One night
(non summer) rentals get a reduced cleaning rate, never costing over $110(rate + clean), inquire before you book. This will save you quite a bit of $ to spend around town. Personalized keypad entrance. Got kids? There is also a 8’ enclosed trampoline out back and a basketball hoop in the pool.

INSIDE: Along with the new queen bed there are 2 new Cimino 29.5”Sleepers(Wayfair) that double as a couch/ottoman. This is where guests 3 and 4 would sleep. All bedding/pillows included. Comfy and interchangeable. An AC-heater window unit to keep the room at your perfect temp. It is also very quiet at just 55db when on the low setting. The bathroom has a large counter/mirror and lots of storage. Stand alone shower and large soaking tub, shampoo/conditioner/soap included. Mini candles and a plug-in keep the area smelling fresh.

There is a large fridge, microwave, air fryer and Keurig machine(12 coffee types and hot chocolate pods included). There also is a 2 burner stove if you choose to cook. 4 plastic wine glasses and bottle opener. A plug in back massager massager is in the closet. There is also an ironing board, iron and hair dryer. Lots of extra blankets and pillows.

The bedroom has a large ceiling fan and there is also a standing fan in the closet to adjust to your comfort level. The queen size bed is extremely comfortable with 4 cozy pillows, the softest of sheets and 4 blankets to choose from. 2 very comfy sleeping spots for guests 3 and 4. A 6’ mirror by the window is convenient for makeup and getting ready for the night out. Seven foot high windows, with shutter style blinds beautifully and easily adjust the very well lit area. After the sun sets gently thru the trees and bedroom blinds, 3 night lights make moving around the area simple. Also handy for when entering the rental at night, you can see very easily with all the lights off. 2 “touch” reading lamps are on each side of the bed, each with 3 brightness settings to not bother others sleeping. 2 folding tables for computer/eating. The area is also full of plants, often blooming. An upgraded washer/dryer are in the garage if needed also for those sandy clothes or drying water logged towels, just inquire. So simply a beautiful, safe and relaxed feeling while inside with thoughtful touches around. We are so proud of it and we think it would make your trip to Jax Beach even more memorable!

OUTSIDE: There is a pool out back with a slide, plenty of seating, clean grill and Edison lights at night. Lots blooming flowers border the the front and back yard. A 16’x8’ pavilion, with a constant breeze, is right outside your door for all seasons/weather with 5 seats. A hammock is also out back to relax on! 2 plastic patio loungers and 2 metal chairs as well. So plenty of comfy seating of all sorts and weather conditions. There are also yards games to play like bocce and lawn jarts. A basketball hoop, 2 hammocks for all, and 2 kids swings(under 70 lbs please for safety) up front can be used. At night there are 4 solar lights on the sides/backyard of the house for safety. The rental also controls 2 pool side patio lights, one on each side of the keypad door. Ease, comfort and safety all night long. In the colder months we have a chiminea out back, stocked with wood for you to use. The back yard is also fenced for dogs/children and is grassy. A small cabin is in the back for kids as well. It is not visible directly from the rental, but for fun and safety, festive lights are “on” it from dust till dawn. 3 solar powered lights surround the perimeter of the back yard as well and are on all night. So if it is dark outside the back yard is always lit up. The keypad lock also lights up when pressed, no key needed. If you are old school and feel more comfortable with a key, please inquire.

We live on the property as well, but between school, working and camping we are gone a lot of the time. So, you will seldom see us and if so, you will notice us giving you your private space at all times. *4pm check-in helps me with school pick up/cleaning the rental, but can be moved up normally, especially if nobody stayed there the prior night. Just ask! Same with 11am checkout, is usually lenient if we can! We would rather you sleep in or enjoy the pool before departing…

While on the bed you can see the pool slide, swings up front and a Netflix movie on the tube all at once. Kids: playing you: relaxing, worry free! We have 2-3 bikes available upon request in garage also, no charge. There is 1 “backpack” chair out back for the beach and a styrofoam cooler as well. Pool/beach towels and koozies are always at the outside seating area, in the circular brown table. A set of Taylor Made golf clubs and new balls as well to use for a round. Jax Golf & Country Club is only 4.5 miles away.

***** We also do have a street legal GOLF CART that can be rented out as well!!! Take it to the beach, dinner or to see the area in such a fun way for the day. 2 comfy seats up front, 2 in the back for kiddos, but adults definitely fit instead. 2 back seat belts. 2018, real nice. Rent the VRBO for 3+ days and you can use the cart for free for a few hours. $100/day or $30 for 3 hours - just inquire. Much cheaper than the $245 + 7.5% the local rentals charge. Just inquire anytime.

Want the pool all to yourselves for the day/ few hours and know ahead of time? Not a problem at all, just let me know the times. We will not be around the pool if you’re using it anyway, but nice for your privacy and planning. Having a pool for 11 years we tend to rarely use it.

!!!LOCALS!!!! rent if for company coming in town, especially if you don’t have a pool. Get them out of your hair every night, into a clean, chill and safe place that has a pool you can use with them!!

-or- Rent this property along with a larger one. Nobody needs to sleep on the old couch everyone just sat on all night. Cheap nightly rental to split and pool to use for all.

There is an outside outlet by your door for chargers, cooking outside. Very comfy outside furniture that is lightweight(5lbs) to easily move around for your sun/shade/yard preference.

Our interaction is solely based on your preference. You won’t see or hear much of me while you are here. Either way, much less than a hotel of constant foot traffic and noise. I feel you deserve the P&Q you paid for and deserve. But, if you feel more comfortable meeting me, please let me know. Check in-out could not be quicker or easier also, any time of day, no interaction needed. All you will need is the personalized 4 digit door keypad code that you receive on the day of check in.
