Sit out on the front deck and enjoy breakfast while watching the beach come alive.
World class golf courses are mere minutes away including TPC Sawgrass, home to The Players Championship.

A short ten minute drive to the world famous MAYO Clinic Jacksonville.
Stroll, bike, or take the Beach bour local beach's favorite shops, pubs, and restaurants.
Visit St. Augustine, the Nation’s Oldest City, just 30 minutes away.

Check-out instructions

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please remove all garbage bags and put them in large green garbage bin outside
Leave all beds used unmade. Leave all towels bundled on bathrooms floor.
Please put all dirty dishes in dishwasher and run it before leaving. Please take garbage and recycling out at designated times which is listed on information sheet in kitchen on the cabinet.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No Parties without permission from owner. No noise before 9:00 a.m. and after 10:00 p.m. No more than 6 people in the house unless approved by owner.
Failure to follow house rules will result in removal from the property with, no refund. Please be respectful at all times.

Our host was available for communication and was responsive to requests. Vicki provided good recommendations for local area restaurants and nightlife. The proximity and convenience to the beach was excellent. We enjoyed the use of the beach chairs and short walk to the beach. I appreciated having coffee available. We all rested well after a long day of activities.

Great location and responsive host

The location was just a quick walk to the beach and was on a nice quiet street so it was the best of both worlds. Our host was always very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay there again.

Amazing location. Close to beach and close to restaurants/stores. We loved being right around the corner from the beach. We have a young baby and that was essential with all the beach stuff we have. Would definitely stay here again!
