House is one block from the beach. Guests will be able to use 2 floors (2nd and 3rd floors) of this 3 floor house. Entrance is on the second floor via external stairs. First floor is a separate unit/address. Each floor has a balcony with unobstructed view of the beach. Internet/Wifi is available. Accommodates 4 adults with 2 children. Owner is available locally and can be contacted anytime. Parking included. Walking distance from downtown Jacksonville Beach, Seawalk pavilion and numerous beach bars. Two blocks away from Casa Marina and one block away from Margaritaville.

Perfect location and place for weekend getaway!

Wonderful Stay

Property was just as expected. Perfect location. In town a full week for our son’s wedding. Guest block was at the Margaritaville Hotel and it was nice being within walking distance to so many restaurants.

Great Beach House location

Location is exactly what one is looking for! Close to all things, beach is across the street view is amazing! The house was very clean and had everything we needed! Will definitely be staying again! We travel to Jax at least 2-3 x’s a year.

The perfect beach house

This is our second year staying here. We love everything about this house. The perfect location, cute, cozy, always clean, wonderfully comfortable beds. Surf lessons for our daughter right across the street. Walking distance to restaurants. We would love to come back and stay next year. Highly recommended.

The property was as described. Very clean, great location and views of the ocean. Great restaurants in the area, within walking distance. The upstairs first bedroom could use a new box spring as the current one squeaks a lot when getting in and out of the bed. Otherwise a nice stay.

Can’t be beat

Escaped the New England winter to this perfect spot. Sitting on the balcony watching the sun rise or the sky at sunset , was only topped by long walks on the beach. The apartment was comfortable and well stocked. Easy check in was appreciated. Within walking distance to good eateries. Best I can say is that we already booked for next year!

MAYO stay

We were in town for my brother in law to have some tests done at the MAYO clinic, when our stay was extended by several days. Not wanting to stay all that time with 3 people in a hotel room, I went on a search for somewhere we could at least see the ocean while we were in town. This was perfect for us. Great location. Just across the street from the ocean. Couldn’t have been better.

Perfect Jax Family Beach House

The house is in an excellent location with a place for food and drinks right across the street, and walking distance to all restaurants and night life. There are excellent views with direct line of sight to the beach on all 3 balconies. Besides the balconies, there is space to sit outside and 2 parking spots. The inside is extremely clean, and the decor is cute and beachy. The home is well stocked with games, movies, and everything you need to cook any type of meal - there are even some necessities for food prep including spices. We were welcomed with a nice bottle of wine on the table upon arrival. This is an excellent home for a beach stay in Jacksonville!

Beautiful home. Perfect location.

The pictures do nothing for this cute house. Very clean, and comfortable, with a perfect view of the beach. Beds were very comfortable. My favorite thing to do in the mornings was to open up the curtains in the Master Bedroom and watch the sunrise while still laying in bed. Each balcony had the best view of the ocean. Heard someone walking down the street saying this house had the best spot on the beach. Completely agree. Several restaurants with walking distance. We enjoyed riding bikes and our daughter learned how to surf in two hours with surf lessons right in front of the house. Would love to stay again. Highly recommend.

Jax Beach

This was the second time we've stayed at this property. We were able to check in early which was much appreciated. Great location and Rene is always very prompt in responding to questions. Love the patio areas and the view of the water. Great location.
