Come enjoy breathtaking views from this large well furnished ocean front balcony and beautiful well appointed 2 bedroom / 2 bath Jacksonville Beach condo. Spotting dolphins is pretty much a daily thing, But, if you are lucky, you may spot a whale or two. We have even seen a manatee (rare site, but oh so thrilling).
Enjoy the many amenities this unit and property has to offer, such as 3 smart TVs, WiFi, beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach towels, cooler with wheels, wagon, pool, free parking, fitness room, and much more.
The complex is located within walking distance to several restaurants, and a natural foods grocery store that focuses on organic food. You can rent really nice beach chairs (that are brought to you to the beach) among many other beach items from East Coast Sports Rentals (located north side of the Hampton Hotel next door to the complex, Rent bikes from the same folks, or Champion Cycling.
Most people don't realize that this is an actual island and it runs from Mayport (North) all the way to St Augustine (South), making it approximately 36 miles. From Oceania to St Augustine is 28 miles, and from Oceania to Mayport is about 8 miles. In other words, you can go for as long a walk or bike ride on the sand as you would like.

There are wonderful day trips you can take, such as;
Take the Mayport Ferry to Amelia Island and Fernandina where, among many things you can do, you can go horseback riding on the beach ameliaislandhorsebackriding.
Spend a day at the beautiful and exciting Jacksonville Zoo.
Spend a nice full day (or longer) at historic St Augustine.
Jekyll Island, GA is one 1:30 from the condo.
If you bring or rent bikes, there are so many trails to choose from. Load up the komoot and ore bikemap app.

PETS - Oceania condominium HOA does NOT permit for guests or renters to bring pets on property. Only owners are allowed to have pets. You will be charged
NUMBER OF PERSONS IN UNIT - We do charge $15 per person / per night for parties of more than 2. The reason for the extra charge is that we do not feel it fair for 2 persons to pay the same as 4.
Please DO NOT bring in more persons than the number you put in your online reservation and/or Rental Agreement. We will know how many are in the unit and therefore, we will deduct a penalty fee per person/per night.

This place is superb vacation rental. Very clean with all the conveniences and essentials not typically expected at vacation rentals. Information and instructions provided by the host were clear and precise. Excellent location - you get beach town vibe, but with the big city within short drive. And then there is a beach and the view. Hopefully pictures speak for themselves. Highly recommended!

Excellent, QUIET property for a relaxing beach vacation! Great proximity to restaurants, grocery stores and some activities. Beach chairs, umbrellas, and cart were a perfect addition so we didn’t have to travel with our own or purchase them!

Fantastic condo

This is one of the nicest condos we have stayed in. All furnishings shown online were there and were great. The decor was nice and the beds were very comfortable. They provided everything we could need for our stay, the balcony was huge and the view spectacular! We had no communication problems with the owner/reps at all! We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful time!

Great property right on the beach. Everything was as it said it was from the website. The owner and contact were amazing to work with and responded quickly. Plenty of great places to walk to to eat or just a short driveway. We went down for the Browns game and drove into the city of Jacksonville and had an awesome time. The place is beautiful and very secure. I took my special needs and didn’t have to worry about him getting out or in without me

Perfect beach experience!

This could not have been better! The condo was just updated with beautiful furniture and everything was provided... from beach chairs to beach umbrella. The view is amazing as the ocean unfolds before you. Everything was very clean and organized. The pool was crystal clear and nicely located. Very private with secure access. We will rent again!

Beautiful Condo-stunning views

The hosts were exceptional. Everything you could possibly want was provided from dishes, cooking equipment, (3) coffee makers, and essentials like paper towels, saran wrap etc. We enjoyed going to nearby Publix and making breakfast and dinner at the condo enjoying the beautiful view and saving lots of money on eating out. My only disappointment was I did not see any whales or dolphins although I searched the ocean every day. This is a good excuse to return, highly recommend

Great Vacation and an Unbelievable Condo

We were extremely happy with this condo and property. Everything was exceptionally clean and we had everything we needed. The view on the 10th floor is amazing and the balcony was plenty big. “ It’s Home”

To tell you how beautiful this property will not do it justice. This our second time here and it is like home to us. The view from every room is breathtaking. Mona is wonderful and she meets you so she can show you the property. There is always a way to communicate. They let us stay 3 extra days. We were celebrating our first grandson. Everything is stocked and there is not one thing that she has overlooked. It’s wonderfully decorated and we will be back. Thank you so much!

The Best of the Best

We had an amazing time at Jacksonville Beach this year. The condo was definitely the cleanest that we have ever stayed in. It was spacious and there was nothing we needed during our stay that was not provided. The views, amenities and proximity to stores is wonderful. Magaly thought of everything when decorating and furnishing this condo as it truly is set up as a home instead of a rental. She was a pleasure to work with and I honestly cannot say enough good things about how nice everything was. Every word of mine is an under statement. I will highly recommend this condo to anyone who wants to be in Jacksonville Beach! I hope we get to come back very soon.

Absolutley Wonderful!

This condo is wonderful. It is very well maintained and clean. My husband is a Mayo patient and this was our 5th trip to Jacksonville since August. Due to the short notice we have received on some of his appointments it has not always been easy to find a place available and we have stayed somewhere different every time.We will check availability on this condo first on our next trip back. Magaly is GREAT to work with, we arrived later in the evening and were met at the condo and made to feel right at home. The sunrise over the ocean is awesome, and the view is perfect. We have adult children that accompany us on our trips, they were within walking distance of so many different things to do that they never got bored. I would definitely recommend this condo for anyone wanting a great place to stay in Jacksonville Beach.

WOW!!!

We enjoyed everything about this condo and area. The property manger, Magaly, was outstanding and accommodating. Her friend and assistant, Mona, was so caring and helpful. These two make sure you are taken care of. The condo has everything you need for comfort, cooking, games and beach supplies. Magaly has nothing but the best regarding quality. Sheets, towels, kitchen items were perfect. I have nothing but positive things to say about this past 7 weeks. Fun and relaxing!! This home away from home is located to so many excellent restaurants within 2 to 15 minutes. North Beach Fish Camp, Restaurant Doro, Dockside Seafood, SoNapa Grille, Mezza Luna, Poe's Tavern, Le Petit Paris, Salt Life Food Shack, Hawkers Asian Street Food and The Local to name a few. St Augustine has two fine restaurants that Magaly introduced us to: The Reef and Caps. They are approximately 30 minutes away from the condo. Definitely worth the drive.Plus the condominium complex is extremely safe and secure.Thank you Magaly and Mona for making our stay perfect!!!

This is a beautiful property. It is secure and is right on the beach. Very clean and bright. The master bedroom has privacy from the rest of the unit and opens to the balcony. You can leave the door open to listen to the waves if weather permits. The owner and manager are both easy to deal with and the manager is very responsive. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back in the future.

Hello, my name is Magaly Kramp. I am a retired travel agent and I assist potential guests in booking this unit in behalf of the owners, whom are my very good friends of 35+ years.
As an agent of 25+ years, and a world traveler, I feel that I know exactly what a vacationer wants; a clean, comfortable, tastefully furnished, and adequately equipped home away from home.
This unit has been under my supervision since 2006 and there is nothing I love more than for a guest to tell me "this condo is more than what I was hoping for" or "I feel at home here" or "the pictures do not do this unit justice". That is when I know I have done my job well.
My helper and right hand, Mona Peterson, and I have been good friends since 1995 and she has been a HUGE part of our taking great care of this unit as well as our wonderful guests.
Mona meets our guests at the condo upon arrival and shows them around plus answers all their questions. From the very beginning of Mona's and mine vacation rental venture, all our guests have always been very happy with our efforts to keep this unit as perfect as possible and every one of our guests have let us know of their approval. And they all let me know, repeatedly, how much they just love Mona.
Bottom line, we may not be the owners, but we take care of this unit as if it was our very own, we make sure it's well maintained and we are very proud of our accomplishments.
Our success is also demonstrated in the many yearly repeat guest we have. :)

Why they chose this property

This complex is in a perfect location, it is the smallest of the high rise complexes located at the beach and therefore it is quiet and peaceful. The property is gated and the parking enclosed, nice safe feelings. Then on the other hand, if you are into clubs and such, there are a few just a few blocks south of the complex. Perfect for all needs.

What makes this property unique

I like that we are next door to the Hampton Inn and other hotels, which makes it possible for our guests to rent really nice beach chairs, umbrellas, tents....etc, if they wish.
Unit is within walking distance to several restaurants, the pier, Natural food grocery store....
