Oceanfront, gorgeous view, 4th floor overlooking pool

View is indeed spectacular and you are correct, as plainly stated in description, there is NO ELEVATOR. Agreed that elevator would be nice, nevertheless, we will not be installing one. We do battle pigeons though I believe they have been driven away by wires that have disrupted their perching spot. HOA has been informed . Furniture has been steam cleaned since this visit, unfortunate that it hadn’t occurred prior to this guests visit. I have visited condo since this guests stay, agreed the mattress was giving out (7 years old which doesn’t seem that old to me!). It has been replaced. Absolutely disagree with assessment of furniture. Condo is not advertised as sleek, modern , luxurious space. It is comfortable and clean. I’m very familiar with shower, as in, I know every grout line. Ideally I’d remove all the mismatched grout (prior owner at one point regrouted with black grout ). Bathrooms are thoroughly cleaned after every visit. First contact with guest was very hostile, she informed me that she would give a terrible review . Also said she did not want to be bothered when I offered to deliver furniture covers which I had overnighted as well as a firm mattress pad to temporarily remediate bed. Seemed clear to me that short of free accommodations , she was unlikely to be happy.
