Ocean views from the second and third floors and roof top deck. Great 3 level Jacksonville Beach townhome. 1/2 block to the beach. Walk to restaurants and shops in north end Jacksonville Beach neighborhood.

This rental has one bedroom with queen bed and bath on ground floor level, two bedrooms (one king and one with two twins and bunk beds) and two more baths on third floor level.

The main level features the living, dining and kitchen areas. There is a half bath on this level as well. There are ocean views from the 2nd and 3rd level areas.

A rooftop deck with expansive ocean and pier views tops everything off!

Location and great family time

Fantastic location! Had a blast with the family at this place to see the Blue Angels fly at the Sea and Sky airshow. Garage fits only one car but close free public parking. The house had all the bath and kitchen essentials. We had a great time. Amazing sunrises!

Location, location, location…..from a block to the beach, to walking distance to restaurants/bars/to the rooftop deck…..definitely worth it and will be back

A great time had by all!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful experience at Pier View. Location, room and cleanliness were awesome. It was just what we looking for in a family vacation.

Great long weekend. Ready to come back for more.

Convenient location, great views from rooftop deck. Liked the layout of the home, plenty of personal space... but great family gathering area on the main floor. Would stay again... but longer next time.
