Amazing view right on the ocean at South Jacksonville Beach, FL. Four bedroom, 3 bath, can accommodate 8 easily. Two bedrooms have king sized beds, third bedroom has twin bunk beds, fourth bedroom has twin & double bunk bed. Bath in master bedroom, second bath easily accessed in hallway, third bath in back bedroom. Large open area with kitchen, dining and living area all facing the ocean. Large game and entertainment room with TV in the back. Huge porch overlooking the ocean, partially covered but also great for sunbathing. Second floor condo accessed by inside stairs. Minimum age 25.

Views for days!

The property was clean and comfortable. The decor made the entire space feel cozy. When we arrived we all just stood and stared at the gorgeous view. We loved that it came with chairs and a hammock. Our family truly enjoyed our time and look forward to coming back!

Amazing view and location

We come every year to Jax Beach for spring break to visit family and this was the best rental yet. Location and view can't be beat, living space layout was excellent. Even had board.games for the kids. We'll be back!

What a great place!

This is a beautiful condo in a great location! There was plenty of room for seven of us to spread out and never feel crowded. The large deck was perfect for enjoining a sunrise with coffee or just having a lazy afternoon watching the waves and dolphins. We aslo got to see a whale!

Wedding Trip

Happy accident that this place was blocks away from the venue. We rarely had to leave a 5 mile radius. Home was super clean, comfy and spacious.

Superb beach views and access.

This property had been very recently renovated. I think we were the first people to stay there after the renovation. Because of that there were a couple of little things that needed to be fixed but the owner was extremely responsive. There were a few places in the condo that were not new but most of it was pristine. The kitchen was wonderfully appointed and very easy to work in with multiple people. Floor to ceiling windows all along the beach side, as well as a large deck maximized enjoyment of the beach view, even during a thunderstorm. Visiting teen grandkids appreciated the huge TV and amazing sound system from cozy livingroom furniture.

Beautiful view

The place was great! There was lots of space for everyone to sit and we had a great Christmas. The mattresses were very soft and I was not allowed to bring my sister’s Hypoallergenic dog because there ar eno pets allowed but my son had a major allergy attack so someone brought a dog into the house (I’m guessing the previous renters…?) Otherwise it was wonderful and we had a great time. I would definitely rent this place again - I will bring allergy medicine next time

Spacious with a five star view

Spacious with a five star view- there was plenty of space and it’s obvious the condo is a beloved family vacation home. The kitchen had everything needed to cook for a crowd and the seating to feed them. The kitchen and baths are a bit dated but well maintained.

Incredible Beach House

The house fronts on a beautiful white sand beach which stretches for miles in either direction. The house is perfect for a family vacation. It is well stocked and very comfortable. It has a huge deck with a hammock, table and chairs. Great for sunbathing or sleeping. We really loved it.

Weekend with friends

We stayed for a weekend and enjoyed waking up to the beautiful ocean views. The house is dated, however the view makes up for it. In addition the listing provides an accurate description of the house so you know what you are receiving. The gorgeous view and extremely large deck made up for the dated bathrooms. We had three adult couples. The back bedroom shower was tight for a person of size. My husband and I stayed back there and the bathroom was not ideal. Better suited for teenagers. I would stay again.

Relaxing stay in JAX beach

We had a great time at this location! The accommodations were perfect for our needs! The house was stocked with beach gear, kitchen ware, towels, etc. The layout was perfect for 4 adults and 4 teens. The location was excellent and beachfront. We had a great time while there and spent a lot of time on the porch as well as the beach. We will definitely book this again!

Great place!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The kitchen and common areas were perfect for our group with enough seating. The large deck also accommodated our group well. You aren't kidding about the parking being tight though!

We had a great stay in jax beach at your beautiful place. We especially loved hanging out on the large porch enjoying the cool breeze from the ocean. The inside was perfect and spacious for all of us. We had a great time overall and hope to be back soon!

nice location , nice management but this upstairs unit needs upgrades and maintenance

Patio and view are great, the family room has been upgraded but the rest of the condo is in need. quite old doors creek very load so wakes everyone when one person open the master door. no closets in 2 of the bedrooms and the back bedroom you have to crewl into the bed from the end as it is against a wall. okay for a bunch of kids but as 3 senior couples it was a bit rough. One couple would work. Bathtub in master was slippery so we shared the shower in another room.

Relaxing Vacation

The house was beautiful! Very spacious and comfortable. With all the large condos and hotels in the area, this house was a gem right on the beach. Large patio overlooked the ocean with comfortable seating for morning coffee at sunrise was perfect. The view is spectacular and private beach access made for a very relaxing get away. Walkable to restaurants, shopping, and parks. Owners were very responsive during the booking process and made us aware of everything we needed during our stay.
