Come Stay at this Completely Renovated and Updated Coastal Modern3 Bedroom, 2 Bath Pool home in South Jacksonville Beach, just a3 Block walk to the beach access or enjoy Pool in the private fenced back yard. This home has lots of comfort with2 King Beds, 1 Queen Bed in the 3 bedrooms. Comfortable mattresses and High end design will make this place feel like a Vacation no matter what your reason for visiting. Beds for 6 people but there is a Air Mattress and Sofa for up to 8 total Guest. Max Guestis 8 people, recommended for 6.
8 Min Drive to Mayo Clinic and 7 min drive to the Ponte Vedra Inn and Club, 20-25 min to Downtown
This home offers everything you need for comfortable stay including all linens, shampoo, body wash, Hairdryers,Beach towels, Beach Chairs, Coffee Pot & Keurig, Hot Water Kettle, and a fully stocked kitchen. Outside has a private fenced backyard with, Salt Water Pool, pool deck, outdoor shower, andloungers. TV's in the Living Room and Bedrooms, Living Room has all cable channels and the bedroom TV's are all wired for streaming services.
Enjoying the Beach; Beach Chairs and towels are available for guest at the house at no charge. In addition, Beach Life Rentals can offer delivery on Beach Chairs and Umbrellas and set them up and take them away for you on the beach for the 37th Ave S Beach Access. They also have Bikes and fishing gear for delivery if you want rent additional items or have your beach spot set up for you.
We also have The Blue Cabana Jax Beach home that is 50 Feet from Beach Access with Ocean Views

Please Read:The Pool can be heated to 85 degrees as long as temperatures are above 65 degrees outside during the day at No additional charge. If Temperatures drop below 65 degrees the heater will be turned off and this will NOT change the cancelation policy. This would be the same with any heated pool. The pool heater is to accommodate a longer swim season in certain months when daytime temps are warmer. It is subject to the weather. Guest will swim at their own Risk. A toddler fence is available at the home to be set upby guest if needed for additional safety.

Fleas in one of the bedrooms bit our wrists and ankles so we had to use one of the other bedrooms which did not have fleas. Dog feces in the yard which we stepped in. Owner 1 hour late to answer us to get in the front door. No solutions from owner, only denials. We will not be returning.Beds comfortable. good location & near everything.
