Our vacation at the Sandpiper this week has been wonderful in every way!! The unit was beautifully decorated & it had such an incredible view of the ocean. The kitchen is modern & fully equipped with everything you could possibly need for cooking &the balcony was so relaxing. I also like that there are 2 lifeguards on both sides of the unit far enough away to not block your view but close enough to help if needed . We spent many mornings sitting on the balcony watching the sun rise enjoying our first cup of coffee. You can walk to breakfast spots & restaurants for dinner !! It’s close to everything and it’s a 1 minute walk to the beach ! I highly recommend this place, it’s truly a gem. We will definitely be booking here again next year !!

I was very happy with how clean the property was, how quick we were able to secure it, and how smooth the check-in and check-out process was. The condo came with extra toiletries, beach towels to use, and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could need. There was a very distinct musty/mold smell in the condo, though, that did not go away. We kept the air at either 74 (as directed) or would open the doors and windows with fans, but this did not help the smell unfortunately. There were also water marks on the ceiling in several rooms, which could be the culprit of the mold smell. Overall, there were many positives, but the mold smell made it difficult for us to give a full 5 stars.

This is the perfect condo! Nice upgrades since the last time I stayed here...a beautiful walk-in shower and a BEAUTIFUL sliding glass door that enhances the gorgeous view of the beach and ocean. I will definitely stay here again.

Trish is upset because we couldn’t supply her paper products for the entire stay. We always provide a starter pack. With the economy and being a small business there is only so much we can do. We provide a decent anoint for a small condo that can’t fit 6 people. Don’t hesitate to reach out. It’s a beautiful location, thanks Trish.

Great Location and Easy Beach Access

We really enjoyed our long weekend stay. The condo was well appointed and had everything we needed for our stay. The location was very convenient to local bars and restaurants. The beach was beautiful and very easy to access from our room.

Great stay

Lovely beach condo. Comfortable space with nice furniture and a wonderful beachfront view. Kelicia and team let us check in early at no charge and provided us with immediate responses to any questions we had. Really enjoyed our time here on Jax beach!

Perfect Stay

The view was absolutely breathtaking. Totally unobstructed and expansive from left to right. Nice balcony to sit and take it all in. Great location and nice pool. Place was updated and clean. Kitchen was great and very well stocked. Would definitely stay again.

Jax Beach Condo

Delightful experience. Host was able to accommodate a one day change in our schedule with no problems. Unit was clean and the view was wonderful. We would stay there again and recommend it.

Adorable condo…..can’t wait to go back

This condo had been newly remodeled, and had everything you could need. Beautiful colors and it was extremely clean and beautifully decorated. Talked to the owner a couple of times and she was all about ensuring I had a great stay. The w was perfect of the beach and ocean. Can’t wait to go back.

Fabulous Beach Vacation

We had a wonderful time with Family celebrating my daughter's graduation. Had guest from out of town stay at the beach. We had a great time celebrating and the condo couldn't have been better. It was clean and decorated nicely. The kitchen and living quarters were very nice and the location on the beach was fantastic. We will definitely stay here again.

Fun in the sun!

Extremely nice location. Convenient to everything. This particular spot on the ocean was very nice in comparison to the beach on the North End of Jax Beach. The property manager was easy to reach. Very helpful with all our needs!
