Welcome to Oceanwalk 1: Walk out the front door and onto the beach from this beautiful, spacious townhouse. Professionally designed and fully equipped with everything you need, Oceanwalk 1 is the perfect place for your family beach vacation or long-term stay! There are 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, including a bathroom on each level, with 4 beds and a queen sized air mattress. The first level has one bedroom with two double beds and a full bathroom. There is also a dedicated laundry area on this level. The second level boasts a beautiful kitchen with a large island, 5 burner gas stove, upgraded appliances and a beautiful open concept kitchen, dining, living space and balcony. There is also a half bath on this level for convenience. The third level has two bedrooms, both with ensuite bathrooms! The primary bathroom offers an amazing jetted tub and a large walk-in shower.

Let's talk about the views! Wake up in the morning to the sunrise over the ocean or enjoy your coffee on one of the two balconies with ocean views. Relax in the evening and listen to the calming sound of the waves breaking on the beach. The backyard has a fire pit with ample seating and a gas grill with gas provided. Beach chairs, cart and towels are provided.

There is a Pet Fee of $150 per pet. When you reserve, please be sure to indicate if you will have animals with you. This is REQUIRED. By booking with your dog or dogs, you are agreeing that you have reviewed and agree to the following guidelines:
Maximum limit allowed: 3 dogs
NO aggressive or unsocialized dogs will be permitted to stay on the property.
Must be completely house-trained or kept in a kennel when left alone.

Our beach communities are incredibly welcoming to animals. Due to our wonderful weather most of the year, you can easily take your furry friend to many restaurants or bars with outdoor seating available, and they will provide them with water and head pats.

Work and Play

We came to Jacksonville for work and the property gave us a playful, relaxing, (better than) home away from home feel. Oceanwalk 1 has all the amenities and is steps from the beach and shopping and restaurants. We could not have asked for a better experience. The management is wonderful and responsive. Recommend this and any of their properties… you will not be disappointed.

Our experience at Oceanwalk was 10/10 from start to finish! Property was exactly as advertised: super short walk to the beach and the view from the master was STUNNING. We could watch the sunrise over the ocean from the bed...talk about luxury! It got chilly one night, so we were grateful for the gas firepit- such a cozy touch. Safe neighborhood and walkable to a variety of great restaurants. We also liked that we could rent bikes from the shopping center nearby. We will absolutely be booking again on our next jax trip! perfect location!

Great place - all as described, no surprises

This rental was one of those rare places where the pictures on the website look almost identical to what you see as a guest when checking in. The property is immaculate (the most important thing for me) and located in a decent place close to the beach access. The property management is very responsive and friendly. I had a few questions before and during our stay, and all my inquiries were answered promptly. We may come back. Thanks!
