Cottage Home with Heated Pool and Screened in Porch.
The ultimate Florida beach retreat in this newly remodeled home, where you can bask in the luxury of a heated pool and a vast, lush backyard complete with a putting green and a charming screened-in patio. The interior is expertly adorned to provide a stylish oasis. The house is fully equipped to enjoy the comforts of home, including yard games, and a top-of-the-line gas grill. As the day winds down, you can enjoy some friendly competition in the garage with a game of pool or darts

POOL HEATERS:
Pool heaters are turned off from 5/15 to 9/15 as the pool temperatures are at or well above the 85 degree threshold. To request that the pools be heated between 9/15 - 5/15, contact management 72 hours before your arrival. Pools will not be heated for last minute bookings. The pool heaters heat the pools to 85 degrees. When we experience lows below 45 degrees, the heaters will not be able to reach a comfortable temperature for swimming. Though we rarely see temperatures with lows below 45 degrees, it can happen in the winter months. Thank you for understanding.
