Welcome Sea Breeze: Welcome Home Rentals Jax Beach manages this property exclusively. It is just .5 miles from the beach!
Sea Breeze is a unique, modern, upscale beach getaway with 4 bedrooms and 2 ½ baths in a quiet beach neighborhood. The home is 8 blocks, approximately 0.6 miles from the beach. The retreat features an open floor plan that is perfect for your stay. All bedrooms are on the second level, allowing for ample open space on the first level. The private heated pool, outdoor shower, comfortable seating, and gas grill will enable you to enjoy the beautiful days in Jax Beach. There is also a sparkling AirStream in the backyard equipped with a card table and bench seating, making it a great place for the kids and kids at heart to hang out and play board games and enjoy. The game room features ping pong, shuffleboard, foosball, a vintage arcade, and a TV lounge.

There is a Pet Fee of $150 per pet. When you reserve, please indicate if you will have animals with you. This is REQUIRED. By booking with your dog or dogs you are agreeing that you have reviewed and agree to the following guidelines:
Maximum limit allowed: 3 dogs
Our beach communities are incredibly welcoming to animals. Due to our wonderful weather most of the year, you can easily take your furry friend to many restaurants or bars with outdoor seating available, and they will provide them with water and head pats.
POOL HEATERS:
Pool heaters are turned off from 5/15 to 9/15 as the pool temperatures are at or well above the 85 degree threshold. To request that the pools be heated between 9/15 - 5/15, contact management 72 hours before your arrival. Pools will not be heated for last minute bookings. The pool heaters heat the pools to 85 degrees. When we experience lows below 45 degrees, the heaters will not be able to reach a comfortable temperature for swimming. Though we rarely see temperatures with lows below 45 degrees, it can happen in the winter months. Thank you for understanding.
Guests use the pool at their own risk.
