About this property

Beach house with private pool close to Mayo. Putting green installed October 2022!

Updated two-story 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath beach house with private fenced in backyard pool and lounge. This property centrally located in Jacksonville Beach only 9 blocks to the beach and close to restaurants and shopping. It also offers plenty of parking and a space for an RV or boat. Smart TVs with Roku in every room including the outdoor patio. Garage has been converted into a perfect space for kids with 2 single beds. Kitchen completely stocked with all the cooking and entertaining necessities. Backyard has a built-in gas fire pit and water lounge ledge, outdoor dining and living area. Large gas grill also provided. Hi speed internet and cable TV provided. Little less than half mile to the beach and a few blocks from the best park at the beaches which includes a brand new skate park, tennis courts, sand volleyball courts, basketball courts and huge playground. We also have additional homes just blocks away. They have very similar pools and backyard spaces. Please contact us for more details if interested in renting the properties.

Ask about our weekly, monthly and multiple property discounts. We also partner with local beach bike and golf cart rental companies that will drop these off at the house. Welcome Home Rentals House Rules:

Primary renter must sign the renter agreement.

All pets must be approved and there is a pet fee. Additional pet fees may apply based on breed, size and number of pets.

All events must be approved.

Check in is 4pm and check out is 10am. Unauthorized early check ins or late checks outs will be charged $100 per hour fee.

Loud noise is prohibited after 10:00pm and before 9:00am per City Ordinance enforced by the local authorities. Failure to adhere to city ordinances will result in immediate eviction.

*** Pool heaters are turned off 5/15 - 9/15. Contact management 72hrs prior to your arrival to request pools heated. Guests use pool at own risk. ***

TPC Stay

Chose this spot because we were visiting family in Atlantic beach and going to TPC for the Players. The house was perfect for entertains although we did not have time to do so. Property was extremely clean and up to date. The staff was prompt, and lovely. Will definitely return next time!

Great house!

We had a great week at a fabulous house! Unfortunately the weather was not great but we still got to enjoy the heated pool and really enjoyed the putting green. House was close to everything and had everything we needed to enjoy our week. Staff was very responsive prior to our arrival and I highly recommend this listing! We will be back!!

Winter camp

Was a great place to stay. The place is clean and well maintained.my 7 camp friends loved the place. The best part was the fire pit made us feel like if we were at our campground drinking beer and having lots of laughs I absolutely loved this place.
