About this property

Coral Reef Luxury Beach House is a 4 bedroom 2.5 bath home located in a quiet beach neighborhood and equipped with everything you need for your ideal coastal vacation. A spacious and open layout features Smart TV's in each room, WIFI, fully stocked gourmet kitchen. Great backyard with 3 grill types. Pool construction was just completed on a beautiful saltwater HEATED pool with a swim deck.

This PET FRIENDLY beach house is dressed with smart TV's in every bedroom, WIFI, fully stocked gourmet kitchen including a blender, Keurig and regular coffee makers, and toaster; all you need is food and drinks. It also has a full size washer and dryer and separate laundry room. Linens will be provided for all beds and there is an air mattress with extra linens. Bath and beach towels are also provided as well as beach gear – beach chairs, cart, blanket and rolling cooler.

Welcome Home Rentals House Rules:

Primary renter must sign the renter agreement.

All pets must be approved and there is a pet fee. Additional pet fees may apply based on breed, size and number of pets.

All events must be approved.

Check in is 4pm and check out is 10am. Unauthorized early check ins or late checks outs will be charged $100 per hour fee.

Loud noise is prohibited after 10:00pm and before 9:00am per City Ordinance enforced by the local authorities. Failure to adhere to city ordinances will result in immediate eviction.

*** Pool heaters are turned off 5/15 - 9/15. Contact management 72hrs prior to your arrival to request pools heated. Guests use pool at their own risk. ***

Beach Break

House was really nice, but a little tight for 10 people. Made up for it tho by being super clean and in a great location to get to the beach. Would stay again if we ever need it.

Wonderful vacation house

Great Experience!

We really loved this house and the stay we had. A lot to do in Jacksonville Beach and the location of this property is perfect for quick trips. The house was a lot of fun with the pool and clean rooms. Will be back!
