We have been designated a Premier Host!!!

This unit (28) and unit 26 (directly below it ) can be rented together as there is an internal shared access door that connects the two units together to sleep larger groups up to 10 people. there is a pin pad for access to connecting the two beachfront condos together.
as long as the calendar for each unit allows.

950 Square Ft. of Ocean Front Paradise, This Condo is in the Heart of Jax Beach!

Located on 1st Street North and 9th Ave North, Directly facing the Ocean and Pool, this 1 Bedroom, 1 bunkbed with 2 twin mattresses, 2 bathroom unit sleeps up to 6 people, (10 people if you rent the lower unit at the same time) Guests can use the Queen Ikea Sleeper Sofa in the living room. It is a quiet location surrounded by lots of action just a few short blocks in either direction.
Several good Restaurants within walking distance. Margaritaville, Saltlife, Mellow Mushroom, The Refinery, Casa Marina, just to name a few.

This is a beautiful place directly on the ocean in a gated complex. It was fully stocked with everything we needed to have a comfortable stay. The host was very responsive. Don’t miss this gem.

We had an excellent stay! The condo has excellent views and is stocked with everything you need. Everything was clean and comfortable. We loved walking the area and trying out the different restaurants and bars.

This is a beautiful little condo right on the beach in Jacksonville. We had a great time and the gated space added to the feeling of safety. We rented this to attend my brother-in-law’s wedding at the Casa Marina down the street and it was convenient to the venue, provided space for us to enjoy conversations with family and great access the beach for walks. If you are looking for a well-stocked and secure vacation spot, look no further than this unit. Will look to stay here again on a visit to Jacksonville Beach.

My family enjoyed a relaxing stay with an excellent view. The proximity to the beach is the main reason we chose this unit and we were not disappointed. The apartment was clean and well furnished. The proximity to restaurants and the Seawalk Pavilion was especially convenient for attending the Gator Bowl activities.My only minor criticism is that the VRBO listing shows the unit as 2 bedrooms which is a bit misleading. The description within the listing is accurate in stating this as a 1 bedroom, 1 bunkbed with twin mattresses. The bunk area is partitioned from the living room space with limited seclusion which isn't uncommon in vacation rental accommodations. Overall, we were very satisfied and will consider this property the next trip to JAX beach.

The location of the condo were perfect. I have to admit I was disappointed we didn't have a balcony- but sitting in the living room, having AC and this view was perfect. Furniture could have a little update but in reality it was also just right.

Everything went well and the location was perfect. More amenities than you can think of were available. The view was spectacular; watching the sunrise from the window was a plus! I would stay there again. (If I had one complaint, the half bathroom is extremely small. I’m 5’7” 135 pounds and it felt a bit limited in the shower and using the toilet.)

Everything was Great! All beds were Very comfortable, even the bunkbeds, and the sofa-bed in the Living Room which isn't the pull-out type with a flimsey mattress, it folds down to connect the back to the seat and I slept there!The place was Very Clean, has a Fantastic Ocean View and Pool View below, and has plenty of towels, different shampoos, a quiet washer/dryer with laundry detergent, a coffee-maker with 2 types of coffee. I'm probably missing something. Every time we looked for something it was there. Even a filtered water pitcher. A full kitchen with utensils... Parking was easy with an assigned spot and there are a few guest spots in case you have a 2nd car (not guaranteed but they were open when we were there. I contacted Harry and he was nice and responded right away.Would Love to come back...!!!
