This quaint cottage is two blocks from the University of Wyoming campus and one block from War Memorial Stadium. It offers a comfortable stay with all the necessary amenities. The home is equipped with a fireplace, two full bathrooms, three bedrooms and plenty of floor space. There is a large backyard with an outdoor fire pit and grill. We loved the property. It was very clean and cute. Had everything we needed. One disappointment though was that the listing said they had a hot tub. There is not one. When I reached out to the owner, she said she wasn't aware that was on the listing and that she would remove it.

Great location, beautiful home!

Our family of five stayed for a long weekend. It was a perfect set up for us. The house was clean and had lots of nice amenities like extra blankets, cooking seasonings and extra towels. We would stay here again!

Great property close to Campus

We enjoyed our stay. Loved the location. Great yard. The only problem was the backyard lights that were not working. Would stay again.

Laramie has been my home for the past 13 years and I absolutely love it. I came here for grad school and never left. I now operate a design and industrial sewing company. I love the vibrant arts community, the old college town feel of the tree district and the funky downtown area. The mountain biking, skiing and climbing near Laramie are also some of the best parts of living here!

Why they chose this property

There is nothing better than the historic tree district of Laramie. Hundred year old pines and cottonwoods line the streets with unique vintage homes built as early at the 1880s through the 1960s. Get the university town vibe at its best in this neighborhood.

What makes this property unique

Built in 1936 and surrounded by 100 year old trees, this unique stucco structure gives you a feeling of being in the best of old college towns. Interior remodeled in 2016 to provide a comfortable and more modern feel indoors. Beautiful and spacious backyard and fire pit.
