This gorgeous two-bedroom historic home has just been renovated and is ready for your stay. It's charming, sunny, clean and comfortable. Enjoy an idyllic neighborhood near downtown Laramie that's within walking distance of dining, shopping, breweries, nightlife, historic attractions, parks, two farmers' markets and the University of Wyoming.

This 100-year-old home has been totally upgraded and painted while retaining its historic personality, down to the original hardwood floors. Cook your meals in a charming kitchen with colorful tile flooring, relax in the living room filled with beautiful windows letting in tons of sunlight, or sit on the front porch and watch the neighborhood go by.

The wifi is fast and reliable, clocking in at over 100 Mbps.

You'll have access to the whole main floor of the home, which includes a living room, two bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen. The living room has a twin-sized fold-out bed.

The property has upstairs and downstairs guest units, which are accessed by separate private entrances. A shared laundry room with a washer and dryer is located in the basement.

We stayed in Laramie for one night on a road trip. The house was adorable with a huge kitchen. It would be a great place to stay for a parents weekend or college dorm move in! It’s located walking distance to downtown on a very quiet street. We had a great stay and recommend it without hesitation!

This was the perfect location after a long trip and situated ideally to the University of Wyoming where we were touring. We will stay again when in town and spend more time inside instead of experiencing the downtown area.

The main reason why we are not really 100% happy with the property is a bathroom. The shower setup and a water preassure make a process of washing of rich long femail hair challenging and barely possible. I would dare to say that women with hairs longer than 12 inches should avoid staying here. My wife needed to clean bathtub thoroghly, pouring water, and kneeling for rinsing it. This seems the only way. One could imagine how "comvenient" it is. Of course it is not any concern for people with "army-type" hair-do. I expect the argument that the water pressure is as-is... We have the same problem in our house. A water tank 0.5 m3 and a water pump with a pressure stopper (1000 USD total) does resolve the issue completely. And the reviewed house has the space for it. The other point is sound insulation. I can not complain about the people living downstairs. However there was a full impreesion that we hear them walking on our floor/level. It is a bit scary effect though one may used to that. Bottom line. The place does not completely correspond to how it is priced The guests should be warned about these rather critical (IMHO) specific features

Hi Serhuei, Unfortunately, the water pressure does drop when the sprinklers are on. It seems that the time coincided with the shower. Also, I ask guests to be respectful of quiet hours as a matter of being a good neighbor, which really means no loud late-night gatherings. It doesn't mean that guests need to refrain from normal activity around the house, which does have some creaky floors. I apologize for the miscommunication.
