This is a cozy setting for your visit to Laramie. The kitchen has kitchen basics for cooking. Laundry space is by the kitchen. Fire pit/Grill, Netflix and Hulu and games are available. Parking is on street parking with provided parking pass. Must remove shoes at bottom of stairs for continued cleanliness.
PLEASE NOTE:
The living room heating unit becomes HOT when in use and creates an environment not for crawling age to 3 to 4 yrs old. This house was built in 1940. Dishwashing is by hand. There is a handrail by the steps going down stairs, but not on the porch steps. There are a couple one inch variances in the flooring - one going into the kitchen and one in the bathroom. We do not have air conditioning. Keeping the curtains drawn in the warmer summer months generally keeps the space cool as this is a downstairs location, along with opening a few windows in the evening and closing them early in the morning.
NO SMOKING NO PETS - we do have a well behaved Aussie Doodle upstairs.
