The Neighborhood:
The closest townhome in the coveted Shock Hill neighborhood to the Breck Connect gondola! This property is gondola in/gondola out. The neighborhood of Shock Hill sits between the middle of Main Street Breckenridge and the base of the ski area (Peaks 7 and 8) and is one of the most convenient and preferred locations to stay in all of Breckenridge. The gondola runs right through the neighborhood taking you to and from the ski area base and down to the middle of Main Street. Incredible sweeping mountain views from both the upper deck area and the main level patio. Enjoy conversation around the fire pit while taking in "Majestic" mountain views!

Getting Around:
Get around via the Breck Connect gondola which will take you to and from town as well as to and from the base of the ski area. Uber services are also readily available or walk to and from Main Street (about 1/2 mile). There is rarely a line or crowds at this gondola station. Once you load onto the gondola, you are at the base of Peak 7 in 4 minutes and the base of peak 8 in 5 minutes. Please note: The Breckenridge Gondola opens for the Winter season right around November 8th every year and operates daily from 7:45am to 5:30pm during winter months. The gondola does also not run end of April to mid June during moose calving season. The gondola reopens mid June and runs through Labor Day weekend. The hours of operation during the summer are 10am to 5pm. The gondola is free to ride for everyone. You do not need a pass.
