Disney Dream Vacation Villa - Enhanced Safety & Health protocols

A fully furnished , high end, affordable home in a gated resort community located in the heart of Orlando. The home boasts 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths and a hot tub in a screened Lenai (backyard). Carve time to relax and enjoy the resort !

My wife and I fell in love with Terra Verde Resort when we vacationed with our then 2 and 3 year old boys in 2011. When it was time for us to look for a home away from home, It was easy - Villas @ Terra Verde Resort!

We still visits the parks and beaches quite often and always look forward to relaxing at the house and enjoying the amenities of the resort. Who would say no to a freshly prepared drink at the Tikki bar by the pool side ?

We have equipped the house with the little things that we love, from a Keurig coffee machine to WiFi , board games and plenty of kids/family DVDs. A highchair and play yard are provided for the little ones.

A clean, comfortable and safe stay in Orlando during your Disney and central Florida Vacation. You can rely on us to feel at home when you are away.

Our goal is to provide your family with a memorable experience while you visit the exciting parks and attractions.

Great resort

We are a family of 4 (2 kids aged 15 and 12). We stayed here for 10 days and had a nice time taking in Orlando. The Terra Verde resort is amazing. we enjoyed time around the pool, walks around the lake, and used the shuffleboard, volleyball, mini golf, and basketball court. The games room we didn’t use because it was all coin operated. Unfortunately we didn’t enjoy the condo as much as the resort. The master bedroom bed is very bad. We had to sleep on the couch and on one of the twin beds with our daughter. The place is very bare bones. There was no dish cloth, so we couldn’t wash our dishes/pots and had to use paper towel to wipe the counter. No dish soap, There wasn’t even any salt/pepper for cooking. There was no cooler, or chairs for our day at the beach. The condo is run down and very dark. The hot tub was disgusting when we arrived and we called the property manager who came the next day to empty and refill it. The host was nice, and responsive, but this is not a “high end” property as it says on the listing.

Nice

Easy process start to finish. Nice resort with walking paths, and plenty of outdoor recreation. We had a quick maintenance issue come up and the property manager took care of it immediately. My only complaint would be the master bedroom has a very firm bed. The other rooms have memory foam beds and I would have preferred one of those. Good supply of kitchen dishes, utensils. It was a nice experience.

If you need guidance in planning for your Disney World vacation. Email us and we will share what we have learned after doing it few times. Please be careful if you are not purchasing tickets through Disney or undercover tourist( these are the only two places that we know of that sells authentic tickets).

My wife and I fell in love with Terra Verde Resort when we vacationed with our then 2 and 3 year old boys in 2011. When it was time for us to look for a home away from home, It was easy - Villas @ Terra Verde Resort!

Terra Verde Resort was purpose built as a vacation resort community with homes surrounding a centrally located clubhouse. It is a gated community, so the facilities are exclusive to guests staying at the resort. The house is 30 sec walk away from all the amenities (club house, bar, pool, etc)

The Gulf Coast is just a slightly longer drive the other direction and a day out at Tampa's Busch Gardens and the world renowned beaches like Clearwater and St Petersburg are within easy reach..
