Don’t settle for this one

There are many options when staying in Kissimmee and this one is just not worth it. The unit is 23 minutes to magic kingdom making it convenient. The home’s yard backs up to a Walmart parking lot and normally wouldn’t be much of an issue but the sliding glass door was broken. Not only was this a safety issue but You could hear all the goings on at Walmart. The home was not particularly clean and very limited in amenities (one dishwasher tablet for a 3 night stay 🙃). When I reached out to the management company regarding the issues the response was, “I will pass this along”. With so many other options… stay somewhere better.

Needs a few tweaks to reach full potential

Very nice property however when we arrived the door was already unlocked and the rear slider never closed 100% ( both of which i made the property manager aware of). The two bedrooms closest to the front had very low air circulation (hvac needs adjustment for even flow). There were spiderwebs all over the pool cage with spiders in them. The cleaning crew should have removed all. We removed the ones immediately over pool because my granddaughter was freaked out. The pool was not cleaned before we arrived so we had to use the net and fish out a bandaid, some spanish moss and some other kind of plants). The couch in the living room had a broken frame, when you sat you sunk completely and it was stained. There was a large mud dauber nest in garage we discovered upon leaving which was unsettling as we parked a car in there. The thing most concerning was mold on one of the downstairs vents directly over the kitchen table. If they took more care it would be amazing and a great value for up to 8 people. It was fully stocked and had a good assortment of appliances. Very modern.
