They need to replace the pans on the stove, food sticks, and coffee cups get too hot when you put them in the microwave. The property is amazing

Nice home

Property was very nice. Pool heat was not available which was disappointing. Water was to cold to swim but still enjoyed sun bathing by pool.Overall a good experience

Florida Fishing

Nice place enjoyed the stay plenty of room. Wish the AC worked a little better. Overall nice temp . in house stays at 75 degrees a little hot for us.

Honest review

The property was in a good location for us. Unfortunately the property was not very clean, and is very weathered. It really needs to be rehabbed to some degree. We found bottle caps different places. Cigarette butts in the garage. When walking on the floor our socks would turn brown. The pool was certainly the highlight even though the weather wasn't conducive to using it very much.

Just as Advertised

We found everything to be as advertised. We thought the house was nicer than we expected. Our only note to others would be that one room is more toddler beds than twin beds but we purchased and left and air mattress for the next time this happens to a family. The property manager was excellent and helped us with one item in which we needed assistance. We would stay here again.

Not the best

Manager sent an electrician without telling us, order pizza and sat down to eat… went bs k for seconds and had to throw it all away due to ants. Place was not the cleanest but also not the worst I’ve seen. Beds were uncomfortable and the ones in the two front rooms made loud noises when you moved in them….

Ant house

The house was infested with ants, even though they came to treat the problem. The toilet bowls were filthy and we had to scrub them. That was not on our vacation agenda. The place needs a good cleaning and paint job. One of the bunk beds were broken. Blinds were broke,the pool water stayed green versus blue, which is questionable. Overall I would not say this is not a five star stay, but could be if they tried harder.

Beware

I purposely rented this home to use ALL four bedrooms. We were unable to use two. (One bed was toddler size beds-not twins. The queen room bed was beyond repair.) So my son and other people in our party had to sleep on couch and an air mattress I bought. We had to wear shoes the entire stay as the floors were dirty. There are no simple / essential items provided other than a roll of toilet paper and a trash bag. They ask you to launder some towels before you depart but provide no detergent. The pool area chairs are pretty junky and one of them is completely broken. I reached out to the owner / property manager about problems on the first day and nothing was done. So don’t waste your time. This is the first time I left a vacation home wishing I would’ve just booked a hotel stay.

Lovely Stay

Check in was easy and communication was great. We really enjoyed our stay and the beds were comfortable and the pool was lovely. Being completely honest the villa does need some maintenance to it but just little things and the pool screening could use a clean but i enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Wedding weekend

Nice place, clean & spacey…could have used some more everyday things (silverware was a minimum, paper towels & toilet tissue & shower essentials). A great location for Disney & other attractions. Would stay there again.

Close to Disney, Not very clean

Baseboards and floor were filthy, the floor was sticky in all the rooms. There are signs in the house that say if the toilet backs up, you’ll be charged 100 plumbing fee. A sign that says ants are normal in Florida. There were ants in the bedrooms and in the kitchen. Sheets and comforters were not hotel grade, seemed to be dirty as well. The bedroom door didn’t close and there was corrosion on the sliding lock on the door. The sliding door to the pool area had to be lifted back onto the track and it also had mold on it. The neighborhood was quiet and near stores and within 20-30 minutes of the Disney parks. It’s spacious and the layout is good for two families with kids. Great water pressure. Really disappointed in the lack of cleanliness, especially with an infant.

House wasn’t clean or upkept to what’s advertised on listing. Ants in kitchen and master bathroom area. Screens were broken out at the pool was a total inconvenience to our stay to get fixed. Pool light inside the pool was out. Back patio door was broken to shut and lock, no handle. Master bedroom bed was very hard and extremely uncomfortable. They had to call pest control. Everything should not been handled and fixed before our stay. Very unprofessional. We have stayed at several places and never had a house like this. Constantly had to go back and forth that our first night was completely ruined and couldn’t do the plans we had due to the back door not shutting and feeling unsafe

Needs update

We were not able to use one of the rooms when we arrived because the blinds in the front roim were missing. I reached out to management and they sent someone and replaced the blinds but it was the night before us leaving they need to replace all the blinds in the house and replace the beds they squeak alot and very uncomfortable
