We welcome you to our larger than average 5 bed, 4.5 bath villa with a Mediterranean inspired design and well equipped to serve you and your fellow vacationers.

The private and heatable pool overlooks a beautiful conservation area and makes for fun family pool days or evening dips after long days at the parks and attractions, very close by. It's worth noting that Walmart is just a short walk away.

The large pool deck area includes a kitchen unit and BBQ grill area (*chargeable extra), unique and highly useful for dining al-fresco or enjoying pool-side snacks. There's also a conveniently located half bathroom outside in the pool deck area, so you can quickly return to the sun. There's plenty of seating under the lanai for dining or cooling off. The whole pool and deck area is enclosed by a screen. During the day, enjoy relaxing on the sun loungers and by night, we'd recommend capturing the picturesque sunset views whilst sipping a cocktail!

The spacious villa has tile and hardwood flooring throughout both upstairs and downstairs, giving that clean and fresh Floridian look you'd hope for. With its roomy layout, you'll vacation in comfort with plenty of room for a large family or two families sharing.

The family room has leather couches and chairs, and a large 50" flat screen TV with a full cable package. The area is adjacent to the kitchen and dining area with breakfast bar, allowing for great family cooking and dining, especially if taking advantage of the large selection of DVDs for a most enjoyable movie night. The kitchen includes all the appliances and cookware you'll need, including; oven/range, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee pot, dishwasher and more. Additionally, there is a separate laundry area with washer and dryer for your use in the villa.

You'll be spoilt and well rested for your action packed vacation, with three en-suite bedrooms to choose from. One of which is upstairs and another other downstairs, both with king-size beds and flat screen TVs with a full cable package. The third en-suite bedroom is located downstairs, with a queen-size bed and flat screen TV with full cable package. The fourth and fifth bedrooms both have two twin beds with TVs also including the full cable package. These bedrooms share a full bathroom in the middle of the two. All bedrooms have plenty of closet and storage space.

You have yet more entertainment in the villa with a pool table included, but we urge you to explore everything else the popular gated resort, Bella Vida has to offer...and for free! There's a Clubhouse with community pool & spa, 15 acres of lakes, a cyber cafe, arcade, basketball courts and volleyball nets, TV room, walking trails, picnic area, playground, and Italian gardens. So much to keep you entertained!

So with a villa and resort that offers so much and in such a great location, you really couldn't ask for more!

We are the property managers, as well as the host for your stay. Rest assured, you will be well looked after from booking to leaving after a well enjoyed vacation. Access to the home is 24/7. You will be provided with a unique access code that will only be provided to you for your stay.

There is a BBQ grill located at the home. If you would like to enjoy the use of it, we only require a $70 one-time rental/cleaning fee. Please note this is otherwise a self service amenity and our guests will need to refill the propane tanks when required.

If you fancy a warm dip in the pool, please inquire about our rates to heat the pool as an optional extra. We're happy to discuss how you'll benefit from the heated pool and whether it is recommended for the time of year you are staying.
