Owner is super, and very responsive. He was even very cordial when we mistakenly thought we had booked it for an extra day. It was completely my fault due to changes in our vacation days, and had booked the room well in advance, but the owner was gracious about the whole situation. If he’ll have us well stay again.

Perfect family location

This was a perfect place for our family to spread out. It was large enough for everyone to have their own bed and relax in their own space. I loved that we could jump in the pool each night and relax. We were able to bring in our own food to prepare and I was able to do laundry when we needed clean laundry. It really was our home away from home. There were a few minor home updates that would make the home more comfortable, but it was a wonderful place to stay, and we would go back again!

Great stay. Property was exactly as listed and had plenty of space for everyone. Very nice pool area and jacuzzi on the back side of the villa. Very nice community pool area also. Very clean and well maintained property. Owner was great at getting back if we had any questions.

We had a family vacation in this beautiful home. The house, the pool and hot tub, the property…..everything……it was all perfect!!!I cannot recommend this home any more. If you stay here, you will love it!!

Lots of space

The house had enough space to sleep a very large family with even a room and bathroom on the main floor so my inlaws didnt have to climb the stairs. Property owner was always quick to respond to all of emails.

The house, pool and hot tub were great. The house had every thing we needed to have an enjoyable time. Communication with the owner was very good. The house is in a great location for any of the Disney theme parks, and many other attractions. The neighborhood is nice, but the road in front of the house is very busy. Some vehicles/motorcycles were very loud, which was noticeable when trying to sleep. Other than that it's a very nice place to stay!

3 weeks at bellavida

Great property. Good commnication with owner, great location for disney 20 mins . Wallmart next door to bellavida. Cant fault property, great to have your own bathròom in every bedroom. Pool and hot tub are great to have. Would recommend having the pool heated. 85 inch tv is good in sitting area.Plenty of pots pans etc in kitchen. Just as a side note we hired a car from turo well worth it. No queues at airport no trying to get you to have upgrades and a fair bit cheaper. We had a very special holiday at this property and only wish we were all stìll there. Big thanks to Tony

Exactly what we needed.

We were traveling with our adult kids and spouses. It was wonderful that everyone had their own bathroom! The house was clean, with updated paint and carpet. It was well stocked with the basic necessities. There were also strollers, pack n plays, and a high chair there. We didn't need those things during our stay, but as a mom, I appreciate the host provided them. We spent most of our time during the day at the theme parks, but it was a great space to relax in the evenings. Within 20 to 30 minutes of everything, with a grocery store very close by. Super easy check in and check out. All details were clearly communicated. We would definitely stay here again.

Villa made our holiday!

We were very pleased with our stay at this villa from the start to the finish of our holiday. Even before we began our holiday I received great service regarding the booking. Booking was a hassle free process and the villa information guide we received 3 weeks prior to arrival was very useful. On arrival the villa was matching it's description and did not disappoint in any way. It was spacious, clean and inviting. Travelling with 6 other guests made the separate bathrooms in each bedroom particularly handy! We also appreciated the BBQ, hot tub, wireless internet access and games room among many other things. The villa itself was in a very well kept resort and it was situated close to a Walmart and restaurants which was good. The Medieval Times restaurant was also very close (easy walking distance) and it was nice to go there one evening. My friends and I really enjoyed our time in this villa and I would happily recommend it to a friend! It was lovely! Thank you.

Wonderful stay with one little bump

We loved our time. The home is well taken care of. We had plenty of space for our family of 8. We all enjoyed the game room. We were able to cook our meals easily with the supplies/ tools that were available. The beds were very comfortable, and the rooms well furnished. We were so thankful for the washer and dryer. With a family of 8, I was dreading returning home from our vacation to the mountain of dirty laundry. It was so nice being able to come home and put our clothes away. The only issue we had was the pool heat had issues during our stay. We called property management, and someone was there to try to fix the issue. One suggestion would be to have the cleaning staff turn on all the lights to check for burned out lights. We are looking forward to booking our next stay at your beautiful property. My husband cannot wait to get back to Florida.

Arrogant property management.

The proper manager was very arrogant. Talked down to us and was not helpful. We asked for light bulbs the first day of our vacation as the bedrooms and dining room had bulbs burnt out. The pool and spa heat was payed by us in advance and only had spa heat 4 of our 8 day stay. We called the manager and he came down and was very rude and said the heat for the spa is shut down at 9pm. Which was a lie as the owner explained that spa heat would be turned on as per use by us and would take about 30 mins to heat. After several calls to the owner as well as the manager of the property. Miraculously the spa started to work properly. It was very upsetting and time taken from our lovely vacation time spent talking with someone that thought he was pulling the wool over our eyes. Very disappointing. And the whole time we were there no light bulbs were brought to the house even though the property manager was there twice.

Bed Bugs

Rented 2-7th of Nov, rented home for my daughter’s 18th birthday. It was 3 of us, my youngest kept getting bit thought was mosquitoes ignored it until day before we were to left she pulled covers off since was our last day tried to help and put bedding in laundry room when she realized there was a bug ended up being BED BUGS. Before that the jets in hot tub stopped working did contact owner as he is out of country told me property manager would come I contacted him didn’t come until I mentioned the bugs. And then he brought back 2-cans from Walmart and garbage bags. Later the night of our last day my daughters noticed bites on my back which I had other bites on arms legs didn’t think anything as I thought again were mosquitoes as we were out all days. I removed my bedding and there was bed bugs in my bed. Now instead of day of shopping I had to rewash everything. Until I decided to take to laundromat at midnight took me 2 hrs. I notified owner at 2am Florida time and also property manager, sent them both messages and also VRBO. There was no help owner didn’t offer anything acted like nothing, the property manager told me he had another family coming in and couldn’t clean carpets or anything because takes 3 days to dry. Tony only offered 2 days from the hot tub. One day for rental per his discretion he stated. I spent a good amount to have a nice time for my daughters 18 birthday and we were miserable with bites. If I could put photos on here I def would.

Stop searching and just book this home — you won’t regret it!This property exceeded all of our expectations. The owners have gone above and beyond to provide more amenities than you'll likely use during your stay, making it the perfect place for both sunny days and rainy ones. Our family stayed comfortably and was never short on entertainment or convenience.The location is ideal — close to shopping, restaurants, and plenty of fast food options if you need something quick.Highlights from our stay:The owner was incredibly responsive and easy to communicate with.Detailed instructions were provided before arrival, making it easy to find and access the home.The house was spotless and fully ready when we arrived.The kitchen is impressively stocked — everything from toasters and a toaster oven to a blender, coffee maker, and even a crock pot. There’s also a great variety of cookware.Each bedroom has a private bathroom and comfortable beds, which made the stay even more enjoyable.The pool was warm, the spa was hot, and everything worked perfectly throughout our stay.We truly had a fantastic experience and will absolutely be booking this home again in the future!

The property, the location and the assistance provided by the owner Tony, was absolutely first class in every way. If you are looking at this property and the dates are available, book it. The house is so well equipped, in a fantastic community and is probably the best we have stayed in in over 3 decades of travelling to the Kissimmee Area. From the moment we booked, Tony was absolutely excellent in providing information, assisting with any questions we had, responding really quickly. The pool and outside area were excellent, we spent nearly every night eating outside in our 4 week stay and it really was the most incredible family holiday, I can't recommend Tony and his property highly enough. We very rarely ate out due to the facilities in the kitchen and the games room was a ton of fun for us and the kids. The drive to Disney was approx 25 mins, but even if not visiting the Parks I think it makes an incredible base for getting around and seeing the area. It's not often that I have stayed somewhere in Kissimmee where there are supermarkets etc in walkable distance. Really enjoyed being visited by some of the local bird wildlife too! It's a truly great setting. Thanks again Tony for everything, we cannot wait to return! 10/10 Andy

Excellent family property in great location

We enjoyed our stay in Kissimmee. The property was everything we were looking for and the listing was accurate. Plenty of space, clean and comfortable. The community was well kept and peaceful. The property is well located for getting to the major theme parks in the Orlando area and both of Florida’s coastlines. Would highly recommended.

Kissimmee vacation home

Property was clean on arrival, everything that was listed on VRBO description was as stated. Owner answered all extra questions without any issues. Our family had a blast and there is tons of local stuff to do without having to do disney.

Perfect house for family vacation

Rented house for 2 weeks for a family vacation to disney, we had no complaints. Easy check in process, house was very clean and in a good location for all the parks. We all especially liked each room had their own bathroom. Communication with owner was very easy and quick. If we come back to Orlando again we would definitely stay again
