Extremely good value and spacious for the 6 of us, allowing most of have a bedroom of our own. Quiet location and close to all major attractions. The welcome pack of snacks, cakes, cereals and large supplies of bottle water was a very pleasant surprise.

Away with my boys

Took a week to get together with my sons. We had a great time, a great place to stay and everything was great except the weather. But go figure, right. Thank you to both the owner Julianne and Robert for making/keeping everything so nice and inviting.

We had such a great stay at this home! The owner’s provided the essential items such as coffee, complimentary snacks for the kids, toiletries, etc. We have stayed at another home in the area that was very restrictive, only allowing us to use 3 garbage bags so we were pleasantly surprised when this home provided everything we needed for our stay. We will likely book our next trip to Florida around the availability of this home!

Great stay

Overall we enjoy this location. This is our 4th or 5th stay. The snacks at arrival are so amazing. The pool is fantasic. Location to all activities is great. There were a small few details that we email tbe property manager about.

Host left water, snacks, sodas to enjoy. There was plastic silverware and plates. Lots of appliances and fully stocked kitchen for cooking. Beautiful home and we enjoyed our stay. Some of the pots and pans could use updating and some of the appliances you can see the abuse making them unusable for our stay. Maybe consider another hot water heater. Difficult to take a bath after all the showers and still have hot water.

A Great Get-Away

Great property, looks just like the listing. This host always goes above and beyond for their guests by providing little extras in the fridge to help guests get settled in and make things easy. Had an issue with some of the lights needing new bulbs; most were replaced the next day. A comfortable and relaxing home that we would definitely stay in again!

Excellent Property

This was the second time that we were able to reserve Juliann's home for our family vacation. This year as in the previous time was an excellent stay. Communication with the property manager was easy and effective. This property is truly a 5 STAR property.

Great vacation rental!

This rental was perfect for our vacation. All the comforts of home were provided. Plenty of space for our family of 8. The kids loved the pool when we weren’t out exploring. Close to many attractions/activities. The complementary bottled water, pop, fruit and cupcakes were an added bonus and greatly appreciated. Property manager responded promptly to questions. Definitely would stay here again!

August 2024 Stay

Communication was great. Check in progress was easy and all the complimentary snacks/drinks, pool towels, laundry/dish detergent was excellent. A few issues we encountered was lack on hot water(specifically master bathroom), poor cleanliness of kitchen and bathroom rugs. The living tv (remotes) were an issue. Overall we enjoyed our stay at the house.

Wonderful stay!

This is the second time we have stayed at this property and love it! Everything is spotless!! I am extremely picky on cleanliness and this is top notch. The layout is great, the pool is amazing! All the extras, such as beach towels and high chairs are amazingly helpful for our large family. We are already looking at booking for next year. The location is close to theme parks and a small drive to the beach. Zero problems and absolutly no complaints !

Great Stay

Quiet neighborhood, wonderful pool! House was clean and tidy. I read alot of reviews that mentioned complimentary snacks, water, etc were provided. We arrived and all complimentary cupboards were empty. We also didn't have any dishwasher tablets. Not deal breakers, the house was still wonderful and was nice to have laundry detergent to do laundry. Everyone would stay here again.

Family vacation

Great place to stay with family and kids. Heated pool was a bonus! Garage game room was great for kids. House was clean when arrived. Water and a few snacks was to have when we had just arrived. Only thing is it would have been nice to have more pantry essentials.

Excellent place to stay

The house was exactly as listed, the rooms were large and plenty of bathrooms !! The garage has activities for the kids. The pool was so warm and a nice retreat after long days spent sightseeing. The host was amazing and the little extras were the best part. I would look no further then this listing. We have stayed in Florida before and this host goes beyond anything expected and responds quickly to any questions.

Great villa

Stayed here with family. First time we have used this villa but have stayed in the area before, just needed something bigger this time. Villa was perfect for us. Lots of room for the kids to be on their own. Nice outdoor pool area. There were 8 of us, so the only feedback would be that there is not enough cutlery in the villa for 8 people to eat a meal. I did call the property manager to ask for more knives but, although promised, these never arrived. Apart from that we all enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others.

Fabulous Home

Let me start by saying pulling up to the home was a sight to see. Not only was it a beautiful home it was in a court. The property manager was very nice and communicative all the way up to the time of check in. Me and my family definitely had the time of our lives here. We really appreciate the gifts that where left for us after being on the road for so long. Our family really enjoyed the pool, and seating area. The house was especially clean and organized. The amount of room this house has for a family our size was perfect, and still had room spare. I also want to say thank you for all the house goods that you have for us to use. Incredible. We are definitely using this home for our future vacations. Thank you so much for our stay, cant wait to come back!

First impressions don't live to expectations

* Pool did not have any chlorine. * Water temperature was poor. * House could use a cleaning. * House was furnished with everything you need to survive a vacation. * Owner left pantry and refrigerator gifts. When viewing this house on the Internet, it had everything and was a beautiful home. Owner was very responsive to inquiries about the home before reservation. Once reservation and payment had been made, the response rate for messages went from delayed to no response. Our biggest disappointment was the pool. When we first arrived, my son asked me if the pool was chlorine or saltwater. I sarcastically said taste it. After swimming in the pool, I could not smell any chlorine and the water smelled stagnant. A few days after being in the pool, I took my wife to urgent care where she was diagnosed with E. coli infection and she was prescribed antibiotics. Our immediate thought was either the pool or a bathtub at this home. I sent a question to the owner, asking if the pool was chlorine or saltwater. No response. The same evening of taking my wife to urgent care, I purchased a pool testing kit from the local Walmart. The water test showed a result of zero chlorine. The Cl/Br color was clear (less than 0.5) and the pH was an 8.0. My plan was to contact a local pool company to test the water, the next morning. But the next morning (six days into the vacation), a pool technician arrived at 0900 to clean the pool. I stated to the technician that the pool did not contain any chlorine, and the technician replied that the pool is good. Technician stated that the pool was cleaned a week ago. I tested the water everyday of the remainder of our vacation and the test kit showed orange to a dark yellow for the chlorine levels which is greater than 5 for the CL rating and a 6.8 result for pH. The issue is either the pool person is lying about a consistent cleaning or the homeowner has neglected the pool maintenance. I don’t live in Florida and cannot comment for how quickly chlorine leaves a pool, but my quick Google search says that Chlorine does not dissipate from a pool in a week’s time and could last up to six months at 50% potency. There is not enough characters to mention other and positive, therefore I will leave at this.

It was so nice that our host provided some healthy foods and also cereal and snacks upon our arrival-'this was much appreciated after a long trip! Great game room, pool, well equipped kitchen, washers and dryers, and even paper products, spices, and detergents/cleaning items so we did not have to purchase that. Two refrigerators were helpful and coffee wad provided. The host was responsive and overall we had a very good experience!! Would recommend!!
