Awarded 2022 Host of the Week by HostHub. The Home Style is the Key West Model. You are renting the Main House with a private pool. Also a detached Suite above the Movie Theater and Game Room. There are a total of 5 bedrooms, 4.5 baths. Our home offers a cool and refreshing ceramic tiled open floor plan living/dining/kitchen area that is bathed in natural light from the large window and French doors that overlook and open to the private pool with sun deck. There is one MASTER BEDROOM SUITE conveniently located DOWNSTAIRS as well as a SECOND MASTER SUITE upstairs making this home ideal for two families or multi-generational families. For those that require a little more privacy, a completely detached suite with en-suite bathroom is for your taking. We also have a desk setup with wifi if you need to get in a few hours of work. Two additional bedrooms with "Jack and Jill” bath round out the very comfortable accommodations. There is ample parking in front of the home, and also parking for 2 cars in the driveway as this is a Gated Community. Please be sure to have your booking information printed out and have your identification available for the Guard.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Now that your stay is coming to an end, Please be so kind as to Load and start the dishwasher,discard items from the fridge and take out the trash. Please shut of all lights. Thanks in advance.
Please remove all sheets from the beds and place at the foot of the bed. If you have used airbeds, please put them away. Thanks.
Please ensure that the games are turned off in the gameroom along with the projector. Thank you!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please put out trash in the Garbage Can for pick up located next to the Garage If checking out Monday, Thursday and Friday. Recycling is Friday's.
Bring the trash bin inside the morning of pick up to avoid a $1000 fine by the community. Also, Please empty the fridge.
Heated Pool is extra and should not exceed 95 degrees. The pool is serviced with this temperature setting. Ph level will go out of wack if any hotter.

My family and I stayed at this property for a week to visit the Disney parks. We had previously stayed at a condo at Reunion and wanted to try a house this time. The property was as listed, clean, comfortable and more than ample room for the three of us (honestly, it was well more than we needed but we can easily see staying here with additional family in the future). We would happily book again in the future.

Lots of fun at Reunion

We had a great stay at Reunion, close to all the tourist attractions, but a nice quiet property on a great resort. The property was as described and clean. Would recommend to others as well.

Great location and great neighborhood

Relaxing Decorative Stay

No regrets at all with this rental!! Communication is great with host Shawn. Great recommendation for places to eat and the beds are so comfortable!!!! Everyone has their own space and the pool was amazing! The Reunion community has everything you might need and you really not in need of going anywhere! Super close to Universal Studios and Disney! Thirty to forty minutes in good traffic! Loved the place so much I didn’t want to leave!! Thank you for letting us stay and the you should not hesitate to rent this beautiful home!! Movie theater is amazing and the room on top of the theater is great as well!!

The main house has 4 bedrooms, 3 and 1/2 bathrooms, a full kitchen with pots, pans, utensils, coffee maker. We just purchased a new Refridgerator, Microwave, Stove, Dishwasher, Washer, Dryer, and two brand new Hvacs to ensure the optimal temperature to your hearts desire. Harry Potter Themed and Princess theme bedrooms will give the kids hours of play and enjoyment.
