In fact, we replied to your message within minutes and immediately sent a staff member to the property to address your concern. The reported “issue at check-in” was a single suitcase left in the driveway next to the trash cans. Our team was dispatched right away, removed the item, and confirmed resolution shortly afterward. We maintain detailed records of every guest communication and service visit, and those records clearly show that our staff responded promptly and professionally. The suggestion that we ignored calls or emails is simply inaccurate. We take guest satisfaction and property standards very seriously. Our team is committed to addressing all concerns quickly and thoroughly, as we did in this case, so future guests can book with confidence knowing that service and responsiveness remain our top priorities.

Family vacation

Listing was accurate. Ammeties in the house and the amenteties around the resort were excelent. House was perfect for our 2 week stay and vacation. The only thing is the pool at the house is extremely small and smaller than it looks online. But the plus to that is you have access to many of the resort pools which were pretty much private to us when we went. Great location.

Large Home in Quiet Neighborhood

I rented this home for just my husband and I and it is large! We loved the neighborhood as it was extremely quiet. I enjoyed the upstairs sitting room and my husband hung out watching tv on the main level. We stayed at the house pool everyday and only saw the neighbor once. I walked everyday and loved looking at all the big homes.

The two stars are for the property itself, as it is very nice. There was no internet service while we were there, so if Wi-Fi it’s important to your stay, I’d recommend finding another place. Trying to deal with oth the customer service everyday to get the internet working was not how I wanted to spend my vacation, and it was never fixed anyway. This property under different management would probably be great.
