House was clean, fully stocked with more than what we needed, and was decorated like a model home when we first arrived. Beautiful, comfortable home with enough rooms for my party of 8. Instructions for check in and check out were easy. Community was nice. Nothing but positives here! If ever I’m in Florida again, I’m hoping I can find and book this house for another stay :)

Windsor Hills

Lovely 2 story home. Slightly dated but very clean. Pool was enjoyed by all of us. Grandchildren with parents enjoyed 1 afternoon at resort clubhouse water park. Castle Playground was enjoyed.

Excellent for families

Our group of 7 adults and 4 children really enjoyed our stay. The house was large, clean and had everything we needed. Checkin and check out was very easy. Pool was warm and clean. The only suggestion is better lighting for the interior and exterior of the house! We would go back to this house and Windsor hills again:).

Siblings Week!

We wanted a location with proximity to Disney World but with our own space, privacy and ability to be together and enjoy our time. The house was great! A great location, clean house, ample space and the pool was perfect. The community water park was enticing but we just enjoyed being at the house on our “off” days and enjoying the weather! It was a great stay in a beautiful location

My family and I were vacationing for my daughters birthday and she loved everything about it! Only thing I would say is that the mattress in the main bedroom with the king size bed is horrible. Other than that, no complaints everything was good.

Gorgeous home

The house was very comfortable and clean and conveniently located for the events we attended. We loved the relaxed and safe neighborhood. Beds were comfortable. Location couldn’t be better for Disney. We enjoyed the house and the pools. We had a small issue with the tv. Response was quick, turns out was our fault 😛 Will be back !!

Lots of space easy commute to Disney

Overall our stay was great. The house is big, was clean, the pool was clean and we paid for heating (think it could have been warmer the neighborhood pool was warmer). The commute to Disney was usually easy but traffic some days but thats expected on spring break. I think there should be more towels so there is enough for everyone to have one for the pool and one for the shower. We had to do a bit of laundry to accomodate this. Also each bed had one primary pillow and there were not spare ones unless we wanted to use the decorative with shams which we didn’t. Overall it was a great stay but a few comforts as mentioned would help.

Perfect for our family

This house is beautiful and easily accommodated our group of 11. No one felt like we were crowded on the relax days we spent home. The house was exactly as described. There were lots of towels for everyone. Communication with the owner was very easy. She was always quick to respond. The games room was a great also. The location is very close to Disney theme parks but for Sea World theme parks it is a bit of a drive and traffic is at times heavy. If you are going in the cooler months pay the extra for the pool to be heated. It’s 100% worth the extra. I can’t say enough of how much we enjoyed our stay at this home in Windsor Hills.

Overall the property was OK and was as described and met our needs. The only real issues that we had were related to having hot water for showers, dishes, etc - there was some issue with the water heater and the maintenance staff had to come and keep resetting it - we did not have hot water for 5 of the 8 days - we did reach out each time to let them know, but by the time they got around to resetting it, we will out at the parks for the day. There was little response from mgmt on this to correct after the first couple of incidents other than sending out maintenance. Overall, we enjoyed the stay, except for the hot water issues ...

Worked for a 3 generation family trip but could be improved

So close to parks!!! We have a large family and brought grandparents and aunties too, we all had room to sleep. The directions and information before checkin was very detailed and we were well informed. A few things to note: the sheets are microfiber and not breathable/good for eczema. There are few towels for so many beds/people. One bed frame was missing brackets and if you moved it to get to a charger, it fell apart. The mattresses in some beds are foam and sink/have low spots. There is a panel missing on the lanai and critters and bugs can get in. The toilets are not all tall/long and less accessible to those who have mobility issues. The pre-set table places look pretty but we felt these were likely not all cleaned in between guests and not sanitary, making the tables unusable because they were covered in decorative dishes we needed to wash to use.

Comfortable for family

Overall the house is comfortable, comfortable beds, living area , gameroom. The neighborhood is very safe and having valet trash was very convenient. However, there are just a few details that were not as comfortable. The towels in some bathrooms were old and didn't smell clean. We had to go through all the towels that were stored to find ones we felt comfortable using . Luckily there were enough of them for all the family to use. Communication was limited. I didn't get any response to my question that I asked through the VRBO app. I tried calling and I didn't get an answer. They only way to communicate was through email, but don't expect a prompt response.
