Nice stay, a few disappointments

Overall, our stay was wonderful. We were able to have a place to that we could be away from all the crowds in Orlando. Neighborhood was peaceful. Kids enjoyed the clubhouse and pool.House could use carpet replaced, we stepped on exposed tack strip where carpet was pulling away going into master bedroom. The pool at house was not filled completely, which inadvertently caused the pool not to be warm during the beginning of our stay. When we came back on Wednesday we discovered someone had put the hose in, which later that day and for the remaining days the pool was warm, which we paid separately for. We didn’t know, would have thought it should have been checked before we arrived. pool.

Family Thanksgiving and Disney trip.

Lovely place to stay

We had a lovely time at the Villa we did not have enough cooking trays or a grill tray but contacted the reservations company and they had new one delivered yhe next day by amazon. Great service

Great house great location

House is like it is pictured. Plenty of room for everyone. Furniture is in very good condition. Conveniently located to many of the attractions down in Florida. Would definitely rent this house again.

Great house in a great location

Our family of 7 adults and one toddler had a great stay during spring break. The house was clean and well maintained. Email communication was great before and throughout the stay. Windsor Hills is a very nice gated neighborhood and it felt very safe for our family.

We enjoyed our stay. A few minor issues arose, but were quickly corrected after sending a message. The house was well stocked with everyday household items for use. We would rent this home again

Three generations

Very clean. One room had unusable ceiling fan but box fan provided. Kids absolutely loved the house pool sometimes choosing to stay there instead of resort pool. Less than ten minute walk to pool area and close to parks. Would stay there again.

Nice house, plenty of rooms and bathrooms. Left note at property of needed items such as new batteries for remotes and kitchen clock. Didn't use pool,wld hv if it was warmer outside.

Family Kissimmee Vacation

We loved our property! It was comfortable and clean. We were provide with enough beach towels, soaps, and a toilet paper per bathroom. The only thing missing were the bottom glass shelves inside the refrigerator, but it wasn’t a big deal, I emailed mgmt, and we just used the other shelves. Aside from that everything else was great. The beds were comfy and we loved the size of our pool! My only regret was that we didn’t request a grill (I definitely should have) Also, the Walmart is 3 minutes away and delivery is typically very quick. Will stay here again!

Great stay

The house was in a very nice and convenient location especially for the parks. There were some dried dead bugs on the floor in the king master even though they had done a cleaning the day before our arrival. Otherwise everything was clean and organized. The game area in the garage was nice and the kids enjoyed it. The pool area was nice and clean the only complaint was the level of chlorine in the pool was very high and our two younger kids ended up with chlorines irritation around their eyes. We were missing a remote in one of the bedrooms and they sent someone over that night to deliver one. Anytime we contacted them they responded quickly so that was nice. Would book with this home or with this company again.

Winter Escape 2021

My wife and I along with our children and grandkids really enjoyed our stay. The villa had everything we needed. Everyone enjoyed the heated pool and the game room. The grandkids enjoyed the playground near the villa as well as the community pool and water park. There was plenty of room so we could all spread out. The property manager was very good at helping when we had any problem. We all look forward to coming back again next year.

Great family rental

Place was clean, had almost everything needed for cooking. Had a few issues that needed fixing. Instructing said to call them in if we noticed anything. Called around day 2, no answer, left message, never got a call back. Other than that, great place to stay. Great amenities and close to many attractions.
