Very clean, nice furnishings…the kitchen had all we needed. Fridge did not have an ice maker, though, and with 10 people in the house, we sometimes ran low trying to keep ice trays filled. Plenty of towels for bath and pool. TVs all worked.

Hello, we never met a host while there. The area and amenities were wonderful. The residence was also a nice place but dated, ie - the carpet was frayed and had old stains. That didn’t dampen our spirits or affect our vacation. We’ll definitely use VRBO again

we had a beautiful stay, very convenient spot close to all the parks. The house is big, bright, spacious, and the pool is amazing. It could use a few things here and but nothing that would impede a vacation. We would 100 percent stay here again. Also the resort is wonderful and the gate system at the front is a breeze and the staff are great.

Great pool

My family and I came here to be close to Universal. The pool was awesome for our family and the game room was a nice bonus to! The house is big and can easily spread out. Overall a great experience!

Great place to stay

The property was very clean, the pool was great and every bedroom had its own bathroom. Wonderfully situated by a Walmart super center, Disney Springs and the parks. The security folks were very accommodating. Would definitely rent again.

Great home for 2 families, had a few minor issues but the management company were very very quick to resolve them, and very good at responding to emails.House is slightly tired but price more than reflected that so can recommend stating here

It was a nice stay the house was big enough and pool was great.The king size bed wasnt the most comfortable for me, but my kids were happy with their rooms.

The house was amazing! A few small issues but fixed immediately. Communication was great! The only complaint was the beds in the rooms with the single beds were very uncomfortable. And perhaps larger fans or even a portable A/C unit in the garage would be great. Its simply too hot to enjoy the games...Definitely would stay again( if the beds are replaced) or we'll just pick another home in the development:)

Great place

The house overall was very nice and as pictured but not cleaned well. There was a missing tv remote and they sent one the next day. They responded very quickly and resolved the issue. Clubhouse and waterpark were a lot of fun, staff members were very friendly. Our family spent most of the time in the pool outside. Overall it was a nice place and great location, we would stay again.

Lovely place to stay

We had a lovely time at the Villa we did not have enough cooking trays or a grill tray but contacted the reservations company and they had new one delivered yhe next day by amazon. Great service

Great house in a great location

Our family of 7 adults and one toddler had a great stay during spring break. The house was clean and well maintained. Email communication was great before and throughout the stay. Windsor Hills is a very nice gated neighborhood and it felt very safe for our family.
